“We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Villa Victoria. The villa has an excellent location just above Kournas Lake. The views over the lake, the sea and the mountains are really wonderful. It is a very calm and relaxing location with an excellent pool. The site has two villas, but located such that privacy is guaranteed. We had a very warm welcome from the owner, who is very helpful if you would need something, and who also gives good advice about things to do in the neighbourhood. There are a lot of nice restaurants around (Kavalos just down the road, Athitis a little further just above the lake, or Arkadi at the port of Georgioupoli just 10 minutes by car). It is also a good starting point to visit the area (the Kournas lake, Chora Sfakion, Loutro, the Imbros gorge, Argiroupoli, Plakias, Rethymnon, etc.). We surely recommend!”

“Wir waren im Mai 2016 für 14 Tage in der wunderschönen IO Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Danke an Stella und Manos für ihre Gastfreundschaft und den guten Service! Alle 3-4 Tage wurde die Villa sauber gemacht, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebracht und der Müll wurde mitgenommen. Die Villa incl. Inventar und Aussenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt hier, dass die Vermieter sehr viel Zeit und Herz investieren, um den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen schönen Obstkorb, sowie Brot, Marmelade, Milch usw. <br><br> Die ruhige Lage in den Olivenhainen, wie auch der Blick auf das Meer, der kindersichere Pool, die schönen Sitzecken, sonnige Dachterasse haben zu einem entspannten Urlaub beigetragen. Vielen Dank !!! ”

“It was the first time for us in Chania, and we spent 1 week in the Sea Queen Villa. (4 adults and 2 babys)<br><br> The location is just perfect ! Near to the beaches (1minutes) and the supermarket (2 minutes), this is an amazing and lovely house where you can relax, and be like at your own home.<br><br> The owner was so kind with us, always free to help you when you need and he has good advices to visit the best place in Crete. “Thank you for a brilliant week at lovely Villa Io, we really were very sad to leave. The villa is absolutely beautiful, set in a quiet spot among olive groves with an amazing view down across the hills to the sea. Waking up to that view every day is really special!<br><br> We're a family with two young children (5 and 7) and the villa was perfect for us, plenty of space for the kids to explore safely, a lovely pool and a swing in the garden. They loved looking out for lizards in the garden and eagles overhead. Manos and Stella were super welcoming and friendly. They speak excellent English, kept the house spotless and left homemade olive oil, raki and wine for us to try.<br><br> It's just a five minute drive down to Maleme where there are friendly restaurants and food shops, as well as a pretty pebbly beach. You can be in Chania in a very easy 20 minute drive too, with lots of pretty old streets, shops and restaurants to explore. Our kids also loved Limnoupolis water park, which is only about 20 minutes away.<br><br> If you're looking for a relaxing holiday in a gorgeous spot, you'll love it!”

“House is great : comfortable, quiet area, luxurious and functional (swimming pool, WIFI, pool-house, kitchen furnitures).<br><br> Country is wonderful, with on top of all, the BALOS lagoon, with an incredible seesight, especially if you decide to go by road instead of by boat. But many other locations (Rethymmon, Imbros gorges, Elafonissi beach) are amazing. Also Chania town exhibit many fine shops & restaurants.<br><br> Last but not least, people leaving there are so kind. Special words for Chrissy (owner of the villa) who took care of us all stay long (including on Sunday), giving support & advices whatever we asked for. Thanks Chrissy, we appreciate at most.”

“We are a family of 9 persons aged 69 yrs (grandad) to 7 yrs (grandson) and have just returned from a a truly magical holiday at Remvi Villa. The property & views are even more spectacular than shown on your site. The property owners, George, Catherina and Stephanos were very welcoming, helpful and obliging. They recommended the taverna just down the hill from the property and it was fabulous. Delicious food, drink and hospitality. Really felt like we were eating in a genuine Greek household. We will be back and will be recommending Remvi Villa to our family and friends.”

“This is a gorgeous property! The setting and views are outstanding. The villa is spacious with enough room for our group of 3 couples and 2 singles. The pool is especially beautiful. The owners were kind and generous giving us fresh veggies from the garden and eggs. From their hens. We had local chefs come in and cook for us 2 nights, delicious and local cuisine served on our own balcony, truly memorable occasions. A couple of small suggestions, a larger coffee maker and printed instructions for appliances etc would be useful. ”

“We (4 adults, 2 children/ 2 years old) had 2 wonderfull weeks and can absolutely recommend this property. Quiet and in good condition...next city Plantanias only 10-15 min by car. Again, we recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the silence! ”

“Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings. The views, rooms, fittings and kitchen equipment were excellent. We were a party of 10 ages 7 to 70 and the villa was perfect for us all. Sitting around the large dining table on the patio watching the sun go down was perfect.We would all love to go back again.<br><br> The owners were delightful and very helpful. <br><br> Lazy mornings spent around the pool and afternoons spent at the beach in Georgiopoli, we can recommend Mikes Oasis on the beach for drinks!!<br><br> We all enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and had a delicious meal in their restaurant with spectacular views.<br><br> Christostomos Restaurant in Chania is a must. <br><br> In Georgiopoli the restaurant Anthropoli opposite the church was excellent too. <br><br> Mathes is a small village near to the villa with 2 lovely restaurants Hotel Villa Kapasa and Mathes Restaurant best to book. ”
