AGE AND DRIVING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must be over 21 years old and up to 72 years old.
Drivers must hold a 2 years valid driving license.
All driving licenses written in Latin are recognized and accepted. If they are written in another alphabet, an international driving license is required.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER(CDW)
Collision damage waiver with 400€ excess for all types of cars is included in the rental cost.
The insurance does not cover undercarriage, glass and tires damages.
FULL DAMAGE WAIVER (FDW)
The renter can be exempt from the excess amount with an extra charge of 7€ per day for all types of cars.
The insurance does not cover undercarriage damages.
Exceptions
The insurance is valid provided that the renter has complied with all terms & conditions.
The renter is obliged to report any damage to the car rental company or police as soon as possible without moving the car, in order to provide all information and photos necessary for the submission of the incident’s full description. If the renter fails to report the damage, then he admits responsibility and is obliged to compensate the company for repairing costs. No accident/damage report is accepted on the return of the car without prior notification.
The company is entitled to claim compensation from the renter up to the repairing cost of the damage as below: If there is violation of the traffic rules (as road signs and speed limits), if the renter drives under the influence of alcohol or drives on dirt road or off-road, if the car is driven by a non-registered in the contract person and if the damage is caused by reckless behavior.
THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY (TPL)
Third-Party Liability (TPL) covers the driver’s liability for damage to any property, excluding the rental car itself. TPL also covers injuries suffered by other people, whether or not they are in the rental car ,subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
THEFT PROTECTION (TP) WITH NO EXCESS
The driver is insured in case the vehicle is stolen, except if theft occurs because of negligence. Any stolen belongings in the interior of the car (e.g. cameras, travel bags or cell-phones) are not covered by any insurance.
Traffic fines and administrative sanctions
Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during the rental period are solely the renter’s responsibility.
FREE 24/7 DELIVERY AND COLLECTION AT CHANIA AIRPORT
Free pick-up and drop-off at Chania airport/port. Late arrivals are available without charge.
There is an extra charge of 50€ for pick-up at Heraklion airport/port and 50€ for drop-off at Heraklion airport/port.

FREE EXTRA DRIVERS
The price includes up to 3 drivers.
FREE BABY/CHILD SEATS
Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge.
There is no limit to the number of free seats.
UNLIMITTED MILEAGE
The price includes unlimited mileage.
FAIR FUEL POLICY
The renter must return the car at the same fuel level as collected. The tank will be almost empty but there will be enough fuel to drive you to a gas station. Feel free to ask the representative's help on the car collection.
TAXES
All taxes are included in the price.
FREE 24/7 ROAD SERVICE
We provide around the clock road service so do not worry if you lock the keys in the car or have a dead battery. If your rental car is damaged, you must inform the company immediately and either we will fix the damage or replace the car. In case of reckless driving behavior, we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement vehicle.

A map of Crete is offered free of charge.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The payment can be made either by bank transfer or with credit / debit card.
The balance must be paid upon car collections either in cash or with credit / debit card. Even in case of a cash payment, the details of a valid credit / debit card must be listed in the contract, for the insurance to be considered valid.
