“<p class="text-node">We had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful villa and couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. The villa is full of character and has been furnished with great taste, making it feel both charming and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the views were simply breathtaking. Watching the spectacular sunsets each evening from the main bedroom balcony was a real highlight. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the day and added to the feeling of a peaceful retreat. The owners were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. They struck the perfect balance of giving us complete privacy while always being available and quick to respond if we needed anything. A special thank you to Katerina, who provided us with a delicious selection of food on our arrival and surprised us with more homemade treats during the week. It was such a thoughtful and generous touch that made us feel truly cared for. The location was perfect for a short walk to the gorgeous beach and also a very good supermarket. There are also a few coffee shops nearby. Kalyves town is only a15 min walk where you will find more tavernas and shops. It is about 20 mins drive to Chania and is well situated for exploring local villages. I would highly recommend visiting Rethymnou which is about 45 mins drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. We would love to return.</p>”

“<p class="text-node">Had a fantastic week here, lovely house and great host. Stone and wood style which we loved, well equiped and spotlessly clean. The house is uphill from the sea which creates a nice breeze and we found that we could keep the house cool by opening doors on different sides and only had to use aircon in the bedroom at night, which was a bonus for us. The location is fantastic just a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and tavernas. Also lots to explore further afield by car (car kept nice and cool by parking under the shade of olive trees).</p>”

“<p class="text-node">We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Adriana. Chania Rentals is a first class agency, the booking process was very easy and straightforward,I would recommend them. This 3 bedroom villa,all with balconies is in a beautiful setting with lovely views out to Georgioupolis &amp; sea. Air con everywhere works extremely well. Showers are great &amp; beds are comfortable. The garden has various swinging hammock chairs, table and chairs &amp; sun loungers round the pool, all in very good condition. The owners are very pleasant people and are quick to answer any questions. They left wine,cookies and a gift for us which I thought was a nice touch. Change of towels half way through the week.Pool clean on Sundays. What can I say, we have stayed in accommodation all over the world but this property has really spoiled us and it would be very difficult to find anywhere nicer.It’s your own oasis, relaxing and chilled. We will definitely stay here again. A++</p>”

“<p class="text-node">Stella ist die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je hatten. Sie hat uns Eier von den Hühnern gebracht, köstliche Leckereien von chania. In dem Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Von Sonnencreme, über Kinderspielzeug bis hin zu Büchern. Es ist alles da. Fühlte sich an, wie ein Zuhause, nicht wie ein Ferienhaus. Die Küchen sind bestens ausgestattet und der Pool ist ein Traum. “<p class="text-node">First of all George (our main contact) was incredible, we had a late flight and he happily bought us some necessary kitchen items bread milk etc. free of charge and was all waiting for us at the Villa. He showed us around and gave us recommendations and advice about the area. The Villa itself was amazing, there was 8 adults and 2 small children so the lower floor was perfect for the little ones to have their own space. the pool was beautiful and with us being up the hill it was so peaceful. The view from being on the hill was immaculate and we enjoyed many evenings having a BBQ and sitting outside watching the sunset. I would definitely say a car is recommended, not necessarily for traveling around as public transport is excellent however the hill is very steep and is hard to do in the heat. We will definitely be referring you to our friends and family and hopefully will return in the near future. Thank you so much for making our holiday stress-free and perfect. The Wilson family</p>”

“<p class="text-node">I stayed at the villa with my children (11 and 13), husband, dad and brother. We all had a wonderful time and agreed that we would love to come back one day. The villa is gorgeous and well looked after, the pool is perfect for family fun, the village is walking distance and has all the food and drink you could need (plus a lovely pottery shop) and the gorgeous beach is a 5 minute drive away. What more could you want?!</p>”

“<p class="text-node">Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic. The villa itself is stunning, exactly as pictured, and was spotlessly clean, featuring a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. It was perfectly equipped with everything our group of nine needed. We appreciated the peaceful area and the villa's high degree of privacy, enhanced by a park directly out front. The location is excellent: close to the beach, on a bus route, and near wonderful restaurants. Although the walk into Chania is about 50 minutes, the walk is pleasant following the sea front to Chania. Communication was seamless; Mike, the host, was helpful and answered all our questions beforehand. Furthermore, Chania Rentals proved to be a reliable company that responded quickly to any query we had. We highly recommend this property!</p>”

“<p class="text-node">Three generations of us, youngest 6 months to oldest 73 years, booked the villa near Maleme for a one week stay in late Spring. The experience was excellent from booking through the agents to the kind and helpful property owner available when needed. The villa was clean, well equipped, and comfortable and the location suited us well, being outside the town but within easy distance. The added benefit was the perfect weather to make use of the private swimming pool on site. Definitely to be recommended!</p>”

“<p class="text-node">We had a wonderful week at Joseph Villa. The villa is in an incredible setting, with breathtaking views across olive groves and Lake Kournas, extending to the sea and mountains too. Enjoying a morning coffee or evening Mythos next to the pool with such a stunning backdrop was truly sublime. The villa itself is well-equiped and Giannis (the owner) was there to greet us with an amazing welcome package, including milk, bread, pasta, cheese and cakes. The beds are all comfortable, there's AC in every room and Giannis provided a high chair and cot for us too. The villa was easy to find and communication throughout the booking process was seamless. We would return to this villa next week if we could, it's a very special place.</p>”
