Kato Stalos Village is a seaside village, 7km away from the beautiful Chania city. The long, sandy and organized beach gains a Blue Flag every year. Reverie Villa is located on the top of a hill and offers a breathtaking and unobstructed panoramic sea view. The beautiful Chania city is only 8km away, while Stalos is the starting point of the touristic area of Chania, that extends from Stalos to Platanias. This is the area where the most popular beach bars and clubs of Chania are located.
The garden is divided into three levels. The private pool is on the higher level and except of the amazing sea view it offers panoramic view over the green hills and the mountains in background. On the middle level there is a barbecue and a traditional stone oven and next to them an outdoor wooden dining set under a wooden pergola. The lower level is covered by grass and furnished with a 2 seater wooden swing for romantic moments...
The layout of the villa is a little complicated; three levels and two mezzanine floors. As the villa is built on the slope, the entrance door opens to the third level and to an open concept area with the kitchen, the dining area and the sitting area; a bathroom completes this level. Few steps over this level there are a double bed and a bathroom. On the second level there is a double bedroom with a private balcony. The first level consists of a spacious sitting area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two single beds are found on the mezzanine floor.

Villa was stunning, the views are outstanding, the villa is clean and spacious (has been updated since some of the reviews/the photos were taken). Had an excellent week here with the family, was enough room for us all, outdoor areas were lovely and the pool was big and clean. Was met at the villa by Stefanos who gave us a tour, he was also contactable throughout the week for any questions we had. would thoroughly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to rent.
We had a fantastic week at Reverie Villa! The villa itself is very spacious and accommodates almost every need - there were only 4 of us so we were indulged with the amount of space. The outside areas are gorgeous, and the pool size is brilliant - we were there with our adult sons so the pool size was appreciated. Both the owner and staff were so very helpful, approachable and kind and ensured that they were on hand (even when we arrived late - thank you easyJet!) It has to be recognised that the villa is set in the hill, which could prove challenging for some, however nothing a hire car or taxi couldn't help with!
There are a couple of bits that need attention by the pool as they are tired (drain,sunbeds and parasols) and a couple of the bedrooms could do with a newer mattress but they are just nitpicks as the good elements easily outweighed everything else. We would absolutely return if we came back to the Chania area as we had an amazing time here!
