Xirokampi Village is a traditional small village located in west Crete. The village is situated on a slope of a hill and offers panoramic view over the sea, the green hills and the fertile plain. The coastal village of Maleme is 4km away; along the beach road , which is perfect for walking, there are many restaurants and bars. The beach offers a variety of water sports but for more choices the resort of Platanias is only 8 km away.
Stema Villa is built on a very well cared garden. Next to the private pool a green fence insure the privacy of the tenants of the house. Sun loungers, umbrellas and garden sets next to the pool are perfect places to relax. There are a barbecue and a traditional stone oven and next to them a built-in table and bench. There is also an outdoor set at the front veranda, that offers a panoramic view over the green landscape and the sea at an angle.
The villa is built in 2 levels. Both levels have entrances but the main entrance opens at the second level and at an L shape area, where the kitchen, the sitting area and the dining area are fount. There are also a double bedroom with access to the pool, a bathroom and a veranda at this level. The first level consists of 3 bedrooms - all double - a sitting area and a bathroom. Due to the layout of the house, this level is always cool!

A big thank you to Vasilis and his family for their welcome and the villa. Everything is thought for a relaxing holiday. The garden is appreciable in the afternoon with the shade and freshness it provides. The view from all sides of the villa is splendid: the mountains, the olive trees, the sea, the sunset. The villa is in the middle of olive trees in peace without opposite. The bedding is quality.
Un grand merci à Vasilis et à sa famille pour leur accueil et leur villa. Tout est pensé pour des vacances reposantes. Le jardin est appréciable dans l'après-midi avec l'ombre et la fraîcheur qu'il procure. La vue de tous les côtés de la villa est splendide: les montagnes, les oliviers, la mer, le coucher de soleil. La villa est au milieu des oliviers au calme sans vis à vis. La literie est de qualité.
We was in Stema Villa from 26th August to 02nd September.
The Villa is amazing, very clean and the location is perfect,
near to very goods restaurants in Maleme and
a few kilometers from the best beaches in Crete.
The view from the balcony near the kitchen is amazing.
The owner is very kind and available for doubts.
It was a perfect week in Xirocampi, I hope to come back one day :)
