Metochi Villa is a new-built villa built on a hillside, offering wonderful panoramic view over the countryside, the sea and the distant mountains. In less than 5min drive you can find everything you may need for your stay. The property is surrounded by olive groves and is a perfect place for relaxation, hearing the sound of the cicadas love song...
The most impressive point of the beautiful garden is the infinity pool at the terrace edge. Next to the pool there is a big children's pool. Under a wooden pergola there are sunbeds, where you can have your sunbath admiring the view. A wooden dining set is found in front of the villa, while the sitting set on the roof offers an amazing view. Behind the villa, next to the kitchen, there are a barbecue and a stone oven.
The security front door opens to an open area that consists of the beautiful decorated seating area and dining area. French door leads to the terrace and the pool. On the same floor there is a bathroom and few steps lead to the kitchen. On the first floor there are a double and a twin bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony with panoramic pool and sea view and one more overlooking the olive trees and the distant mountains.

Séjour exceptionnel en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Villa parfaitement adaptée et conforme aux photos et à l'annonce. L'accueil et la relation durant le séjour ont été parfait. Commerces et restaurants à proximités. Lagon de balos et plage Elafonissi facilement accessible. Nous recommandons la villa et nous reviendrons sans hésiter
