“There were four of us in Villa Artemis. <br> The location is great, the view fantastic. <br> Manos welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our broken rental car on the first day. <br> The villa is no longer a new build and should be renovated a bit. The pictures on the website are about 10 years old. This is something that guests notice when they get there. <br> The balcony and terrace have been renovated and are very nice. The pool no longer looked so inviting due to the climate, but I hope that it will be given a fresh coat of paint. If the pool filter is bothering you in terms of noise, speak to Manos. That can probably be changed. <br> We were able to resolve small disagreements with the rental company without any problems. <br> We really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend Villa Artemis. “Again we had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks in the „Villa Dionysos“ <br>- so to speak: Villa Dionysos 2.0. Everything was more than fine: The house, the garden with the pool and especially the covered terrace, where we spent most of the time, enjoying the view on the beach and the Souda Bay. <br> The hospitality of Katherina and her team was amazing - just like last year. We were very happy to see them again. They kept house, pool and garden in order and a special thanks to Katharinas culinary delights.<br> The town of Kalyves is not overly touristy, but rather cozy Greek. It is a good starting point to explore not only Chania, but the entire western part of Crete. <br> We have "Villa Dionysos 3.0" in our wellness plan for next year.”

“Villa Maleme offers plenty of Space and very good facilities. The landlady is very welcoming and surprised us with a full fridge and drinks. <br> The pool is great for swimming and the good Location within walking distance to the village and the (stony) Beach is ideal. We had a great stay! ”

“Our 5th visit to Despina’s wonderfully equipped and tranquil villa was as magical as the previous four. Total relaxation, with just olive groves and an elderly couple for neighbours. The villa has all you could wish for in terms of facilities, including fully equipped kitchen, two en suite bedrooms, a further bathroom on the ground floor, a washing machine, dishwasher and very efficient air-conditioning throughout. There is a lockable safe for storing valuables. The views from three sides of the villa are breathtaking, whether you like sea views, mountain vistas, or plain old countryside. The pool is generously proportioned, with four sunbeds close by. Everything is kept spotlessly clean! The roof terrace affords some late afternoon sunbathing, evening relaxation and exceptional stargazing opportunities after dark. The Milky Way is readily visible when there is no moon, or it is yet to rise. As for Despina and her boys; one couldn’t ask for more friendly, helpful and generous hosts!! We can’t wait to return. “We stayed here in September 2024. Nice villa, spacious, clean, airconditioned. Nice pool, great views and surroundings, direct access to the beach. No complaints here.<br><br> 3 minor issues, the kitchen is not that well equiped, lack of knives and glasses when you are with a big group. Second is that there are peacocks walking around the house and they are using the grass and swimming area as a toilet. Third is that there is a gardener walking around all day, shouting in his telephone. He also comes to the pool to clean and sit there for half an hour, lacking our privacy. ”

“We stay in Villa Metochi for two weeks in September and everything was ok and as described by Chania Rentals. The villa and garden were clean and the infinty pool perfect. We are thinking to come back . ”

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war bereits unser 2. Und auf dem Gelände zum 4. Mal. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Konnten sogar früher das Haus beziehen und am letzten Tag sogar bis zum Nachmittag in der Villa bleiben. Man gab uns Hilfe, wenn wir danach gefragt haben. Stella war sehr hilfsbereit. Es war eine schöne Zeit dort”

We had everything what we need! To summarize it was more that expected, wonderful view, comfortable Bed, big pool and everything so Clean. Check in and out went easy ... Nothing to add... just a big thank you!!! <br><br> PS: you are in 20 min drive to the lovely Chania city and you have in 10 min drive access to the beach ;) If you are in Chania and you need your comfort ... 100% recommendation ”

“The villa is new and has everything you need. Also the location is very good and you can drive by car in a few minutes to the beach. But the most amazing thing is the view. We all loved it and would definitly come again. The Host is very friendly and always available.”

“Comme d'habitude avec Chania Rentals, la location ne nous a pas déçus, bien au contraire. Il nous semble cependant intéressant de signaler, pour les prochains locataires, de louer une voiture assez haute par rapport au chemin d'accès fait de terre et pierres, de trous et de bosses. Mais une fois arrivés, quel plaisir ! ”
