Neda Villa is a beautifully renovated property, ideally located between the seaside village of Almyrida and the picturesque village of Gavalochori. Almyrida’s sandy, shallow beach is well-organised and offers a range of water sports, perfect for those seeking a fun day by the sea. Just a short distance away, Gavalochori is a charming, well-preserved village where traditional houses have been lovingly restored to maintain their original character. Newer homes in the area have been thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the village’s local architecture. Although there are two neighbouring properties, the villa enjoys a sense of privacy with many secluded areas.
Set within a generous 1,350 sq.m. fenced plot, the villa offers a spacious and peaceful retreat. The front of the property features a large parking area, while the rear boasts a private pool, a lush lawn, fruit trees, and a delightful wooden dining set shaded by towering pines. Relax by the pool on the sun loungers, or unwind in the cool shade beneath the impressive pines. There’s also a large terrace with a pergola, as well as two verandas on the first floor, ideal for enjoying the surrounding views.
The villa is spread across three levels. The entrance door opens to the middle level, which features an open-plan, L-shaped dining area and kitchen. On this level, there is also a double bedroom and a family bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms – one double and one twin – each with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. The lower level (the basement) is a versatile, open-plan space with a sitting area, as well as a sleeping and office area. This level also has an additional bathroom for convenience.
3 bedrooms, 1 sleeping area, sleeps up to 8 persons

We spent about 10 days in here, around early July. I cannot explain how lovely the place was. This home served it's purpose perfectly. Every room airconditioned, a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, this is a spot I would recommend to anyone. The host was incredible, we were greeted with some traditional Greek food on arrival, and delicious olive oil, seemingly from the farm that we were staying on. So grateful to have been able to stay at such a lovely place. Hopefully we get the chance to come back. Thank you Katarina! <3
Once again we had a great time. We were welcomed on arrival with a smile and a plate of homemade food to enjoy. Following this when we had our weekly clean we were brought pastries, pastitsio pie and cake. The villa was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou.
