“Hallo - dieses Haus ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Für alle die, die Ruhe, relative Abgeschiedenheit möchten und nichts gegen Selbstversorgung hat. Ausstattung dem Preis entsprechend. Betreuung einwandfrei. Die Bilder auf der Website entsrpechen 100 % der Wirklichkeit. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Westkreta wollen - dann in diesem Anwesen oder die Villa direkt dahinter. Auto ist erforderlich. Sollte man mehr als 4 Personen sein, dann fehlen vielleicht noch weitere Liegen. Aber ich bin überzeugt, dass die dann am nächsten Tag da wären.”

“Lovely villa, very well maintained, and a warm welcome from the owners. The villa is a little isolated - you'll want a car, especially for shopping, although it's only a 5 minute drive back to the main beachside town. Probably a good 20 minute walk to town, but perfectly doable, although quite hilly. <br><br> If you have a car, there's loads to see and do in the area. Balos beach and Elafonisi are an absolute must, although be warned, Balos beach is at the end of an 8km dirt road, followed by a 2km hike to the sea. Well worth it though, absolutely stunning! Samaria gorge is also well worth a visit. Make sure you do your research on good restaurants, some in the area are pretty terrible, but the good ones are fantastic. 'Raeti' was one of our favourites! <br><br> Be warned that, whilst the villa sleeps 12, 2 of those are sofa beds on the top floor, with no door for privacy. Unfortunately whilst we were there a new villa was under construction next door - a little noisy, but presumably just a temporary problem.<br><br> All in all a great holiday and a lovely villa, definitely recommended!”

“Wir verprachten mit fünf Paaren einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Hermes. Die Villa wird allen Ansprüchen gerecht. Es ist der nötige Rückzugsraum und Platz in Hülle und Fülle für alle gemeinsamen Tage vorhanden. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, der Garten mit Pool, der Fitnessraum, alles bestens. Und von guter Qualität. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt - und versuchen wiederzukommen. Und die Taverne im Ort ist das Beste. 5 Sterne an Anastasia. Kind regards kf”

“We were met at the Villa by the owners Anna & George who warmly welcomed us and showed us around the villa which they have built. With our group of mid to late 20's, they soon offered us a shot of raki of which we duly obliged! This set the tone for the week. Greeks love raki, the Brits by the end of the week did not!!!!! <br><br>We set out to have a relaxed & enjoyable week in the sun, with our own space so found the villa very accommodating. The pool area is ace. The BBQ was on every night and with local supermarkets being very cheap we ate like kings. George recommended a trip to Balos, which did not disappoint. Beautiful beach, plus the boat trip was a good laugh. Overall we loved our time at giovanta villa and would recommend it to all types of holiday makers. <br><br>Thank you George & Anna for letting us stay, many thanks The Lawyer, The Designer, The Site Manager, The Nurse, The Estate Agent, The Builder, The Salesman, The Coordinator & The Buyer (Sept 20 - 27th) ”

“It is difficult to fault this letting. The villa is superb and the location is perfect. One could manage without a car because of the short walk to shops and tavernas. I'd recommend a car though, because the surrounding region is well worth visiting. The hilltop village at Aptera, and the ports of Xania and Rethimno are all worth one's time.<br><br> The hosts could not be more welcoming or helpful, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained.<br><br> Teenagers may find it a bit quiet, but otherwise I can't recommend it highly enough. ”

“These were our most beautiful holidays so far. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The hosts organized their residence perfectly for a family vacation. Their home is charming, very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary tools. The swimming pool is big and very well maintained. What is more the house overlooks beautiful sea, so the view is just mesmerising. What is unusual is that the hosts are such an amazing and hospitable people. Very helpful and kind. I would recommed stay at this residence to anyone, and I will definitely be back soon.”

“We have been there already the second time and again we loved it. Beautiful Villa (the pictures dont lie), very friendly People to support you and a perfect Location. In the quiet village there is all you Need in Walking distance (bakery, tavernas, grocery). The beach is 5 min away by car and just perfect for small Kids (sandy beach with shallow water protected by a wave barrier). The only mini complaint is that the litter box is much too small for 2 families and is constantly overspilling. Either get a bigger one or someone has to come every second day to empty it. Otherwise for families with small Kids just perfect.”

“Adriana Villa is great and garden and pool area is very nice and lush and has view to G-poli and sea. Location of the villa is good as Exopoli and G-poli are near and also national-road. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from Chania-Airport. Only small minus is the last hundred meters of the road to the villa. As modern cars have low ground clearance driving to the villa is little difficult with cars in full load. G-poli has many good value restaurants (Babis, Aposperida, Nostos etc) and has enough shops for other needs. G-poli has excelent bike rental (adventurebikes.org) if You like cycling. Owner is very friendly and reservation process with Chania Rentals is very smooth and professional. I can highly recommend Villa Adriana!”

“La maison est très fonctionnelle 4 chambres avec chacune une vraie salle de bain et un accès sa petite terrasse . Tres calme a 10 minutes de la mer et des commodités .La piscine et sont super coin BBQ bénéficient d une vue exceptionnelle a 180 degrés allant de la mer a la montagne ...Les personnes en charge du ménage sont d une très grande efficacité . Bref une très belle maison ou nous reviendrons certainement .... Alain & Fabienne... et 3 autres couples”

“Ariella is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, modern and every bedroom has own bathroom. We loved the pool area. Kitchenware, plates and cups were enough for eight persons but there could be a few more cups for daily visitors. Blankets could have been a little bit thicker and a few more smaller pillows to choose from. Location is good. We walked to Agia Marina and back to the house once, but we recommend a car. We would definitely go again!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in villa Neriana. The villa has a large garden full of orange trees. Every day started with fresh squeezed orange juice. Nice pool. Very friendly owner. Very warm welcome and always willing to help. We did nice excursions in the area, such as Balos, Phalasarna, Elafonissi and of course the Samaria Gorge. I can highly recommend this villa to everybody.”
