“I need only two words to describe our 2 week stay here in Villa Magarita 1 – JUST PEREFCT!! <br><br> The Villa itself is awesome and the owers are very lovely and careful. <br> We stayed here with two families, 4 adults and three children in the age of 1, 3, 5. <br>Everyone had a great time. The huge pool for the kids is amazing. <br> The location of the villa is calm and perfect for some relaxed hours. I recommend a car. <br>Three beautiful beaches, supermarket, restaurants and everything you may need is within a few minutes’ drive (the drive to the beaches is about 5-10 Minutes). <br><br> I would definitely recommend this Villa to my family and my friends. Thank you Magarita for a beautiful time. <br><br> By the way: after the first week, my older daughter told me “can we please stay here for ever” …. you need no more words – everyone had a great time <br><br> Greetings from Germany ”

“Ici tout est simple. Pas d'inventaire, tout est basé sur la confiance. La maison est grande et bien aménagée. Le jardin et la piscine sont agréables. La vue est magnifique. On est au calme mais proche de tout. Plein de ballades à faire autour. <br><br> Nous nous sommes bien reposés , avons profité du soleil et fait des barbecues chaque jour. Un sejour très agréable...”

“My wife and I decided to book this villa by the reviews and the photos on the website, we were not dissapointed in our choice. This is our sixth time to the area normally staying in nearby Georgioupolis but decided to rent this villa.<br><br> The owner Yannis was there on our arrival and made us fell very welcome and a quick tour and explanation of various things before going on his way. We could not believe our luck with this lovely villa and its location, of course a lovely dip in the lovely sized pool was a must after being on the go since 4am. Also a dip in the pool is a must after breakfast before deciding what to do for the rest of the day , and there is plenty depending on how far you want to go near or far. One evening whilst sat having a bottle of wine on the verandah we saw what we thought was a cat drinking from the pool, to our surprise it turned out to be a badger( nothing to do with the wine).<br><br> A bus can be caught fro Georgioupolis to Chania( a must ) or Rethymon( similar but smaller) if you do not want to drive, but really get out out there and explore. Lake Kournas is just a few minutes (Cretes only fresh water lake) drive away where you can hire pedallos and a few more tavernas.<br><br> The villa is superb and well equipped and in need of nothing, also not too isolated as there are tavernas a couple of minutes drive away,plenty more are available in Georgioupolis a 12 minute drive from the villa. There is another villa on the same site but are private from each other.<br><br> The views from the villa are superb with the towering hills behind you, the peace and quiet is occassionaly broken by the gentle sound of the bells from the sheep in a paddock a short distance away. <br><br> During our stay the owner Yannis called in to see if all was ok and brought a little something for us which was a really nice gesture. Yannis was also there on the morning of our departure to see us off and what a warm send off it was.<br><br> The big question is would we come back to this villa. You bet we will ”

“È il terzo anno che torniamo in Grecia, a Creta. Ogni anno abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentare diverse location per dormire.... Ma questa villa le ha battute tutte.<br><br> La villa si presenta con tutti i confort immaginabili, una vista panoramica meravigliosa, una piscina a scomparsa con panorama mozzafiato, camere spaziose e pulite, bagni grandi e forniti di doccia vasca da bagno ecc un salone con schermo 50 pollici dolby Wi-Fi ecc... Insomma una villa che accompagnerà le vostre vacanze dandogli una marcia in più! La consigliamo vivamente! <br><br> Non per ultimo, un ringraziamento veramente speciale ai proprietari, che si sono dimostrati attenti ad ogni nostra necessità regalandoci un servizio indimenticabile! <br><br> Grazie ancora! “We recently spent 2 glorious weeks at the villa, which is built and decorated to a very high spec. The villa is very easy to locate, and is only a short distance from chania airport. <br><br>Throughout our stay the villa was maintained twice a week by an excellent maid service who did an impressive job. The benefit of the children's pool was an added bonus and our children made full use of it daily, and the addition of the pool toys were also much appreciated, as was the cat that the kids adored ! <br><br> Car hire is essential in order to explore some of the islands fabulous beaches, particularly Elafonsi and Balos. We visited many tavernas on the island, although the best we found were in local Travitoritus, which aside from the excellent food were very hospitable, and even had children play areas, and many offered free dessert and a glass of raki.”

“Siamo stati in vacanza a creta i primi di ottobre , fin dal primo ingresso in casa e fino all'ultimo secondo di vacanza e' stato un susseguirsi di emozioni.. La casa e' veramente uno spettacolo , una vera villa di lusso con tutto ciò che serve, anzi di più....La villa e' dotata di ogni confort, dalla grande sala con megadivano e schermo TV 50 pollici con impianto dolby sorround e wi-fi ovunque, alla sala lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice ,apprezzata molto dalle nostre donne .. <br><br> Nella nostra camera , dato che abbiamo un bambino piccolo di due anni abbiamo trovato un lettino di legno e i giochi. Inoltre nella villa e' presente una grande piscina con solarium e un grandissimo prato con zona barbecue , del quale abbiamo usufruito a discapito di un capretto...c'è anche una tavolo da Ping pong e una casetta sull'albero....<br><br> Infine vorrei ringraziare i proprietari di casa Manolis e Natasa e a Micailis , ci hanno accolti in casa facendoci trovare da mangiare caldo e da bere vino birre coca cola ,etc etc ci hanno coccolati per tutta la vacanza e hanno concluso offrendoci una cena Greca indimenticabile.. Cosa dire:' posiamo solo imparare' ....”

“What an excellent villa - My friends and I have stayed at a number of villas in this area but this was by far the best - it was well equipped and well set out and I am certain that we shall be booking this villa again next year. I don't want to praise it too much just in case it is not available when we want to book it again.<br><br> All I can say is &quot;it was as good as it gets.&quot; ”

“The villa was far better than we expected, the owner was there to meet us and showed us around, we were with our daughter, her husband and two children one four years and the other 12 weeks, there was a pushchair,car seat , and baby bath provided. <br><br>A welcome pack was also provided, the cleaning and gardens were to the highest standard, the pool was great very clean and large , but beware it is deep and children should be supervised at all times.<br><br>I would recommend this villa, the directions are confusing as the BP garage no longer exists, once you have joined the coast road (photo 2) look out for for the disused Jet fuel garage on the right, then Gee Pas car hire next to Mikes Hotel both on right you will then see the blue sign for the German Cemetery turn left up the narrow road with the Sunny Villas on the corner the villa is just up this road on the left.”

“This is a lovely villa in a very traditional style where we were made to feel very welcome. The location made exploring the region, both north and south coast, very easy as long as you are comfortable driving winding steep roads. Villages and coastal towns are picturesque with many good restaurants and the local village provided all the basics. <br><br>Unfortunately the weather meant we didn't benefit from the lovely pool area but did mean we got to visit some lovely areas of Crete. <br><br> The gifts of local produce helped to make our stay special and the villa had everything we needed - especially the softest towels I have come across! ”

“We had wonderful two weeks in Dionysus villa. The villa, the garden, the rooms, the kitchen are of high quality. With two girls, 16 and 12, we had a great time doing sightseeingtrips, using the pool and being in the garden.It was so good to be there that we were less at the beaches than we planned. The great hospitality of Konstantinos and Catherina makes the stay even more unique. The photos of the homepage give a wonderful impression what you will find there. We highly recommend this place for great holidays. ”
