“We have just retuned home having spent a most relaxing week at the spectacular Metochi Villa... Our first impression couldn't have been better upon meeting the owner Manos, a most pleasant and hospitable man who greeted us with lots of complimentary goodies and useful tips on where to go and what to see. The villa itself is really excellent - beautifully appointed and incredibly well stocked. The pool, roof terrace, balconies and the view combine to make this by far the most impressive villa we've stayed in. <br><br> We love to cook so we were really delighted with the 'outdoor kitchen' which boasted a wonderful wood-burning bbq and pizza oven!! Mobile wifi is provided free of charge, so needless to say our teenagers were happy!! Full cleaning service provided midweek. The villa is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and offers a stunning view of the sea...<br><br> We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Metochi Villa and hope to return again... Thank you Manos and Despina, for everything! ”

“We were a big group of 10 people, family and friends in this beautiful property.We had enough space for 3 differnet generations and a lot of fun in the pool. The house is very well situated at the end of a calm street, above the villlage with a fantastic sea view and the impressiv mountains in the back. As it was not yet to hot ,we could visit Chania and other attractions nearby. The service of George and the other helpful people was perfect and very friendly. Thank you!”

“Our stay was fantastic and one of the best vacations we've all been on. <br><br> The location is perfect, not too close to the city and a stone's throw away from the beach. There are lots of good and affordable restaurants in the area as well as supermarkets around the corner. We even rented a few bicycles for 2 days and explored the seaside and rode a bit into the mountains! People are very welcoming and whether you want to rent a car, take a tour or public transport, there are plenty of options.<br><br> The villa itself is awesome with all the amenities you could wish for and loads of indoor and outdoor space including a lovely outdoor barbecue area which was fun to use. The cleaning service every few days was exactly the right balance of frequency and quality.<br><br> Mike, the manager of the villa was brilliant. He was very friendly and helpful even when we had a mini emergency on a Sunday night and met us at the hospital to help us out.<br><br> I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to have a good time. We tried it and every one of us had an amazing time! Definitely sold Crete as a repeat holiday destination to me. ”

“This was our first real vacation in a long time. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded! We had a party of 10 adults. The villa was very spacious - everyone had their own privacy and was comfortable.<br><br> The villa definitely has all the amenities of your home if not more. Everyone was pleased. We had mixed interests in the group where some wanted to explore, some wanted to relax in privacy and others wanted to enjoy the beaches.<br><br> Location was key and it was perfect for what everyone was looking for. The villa is extremely close to a handful of separate beaches. It is also within walking distance to multiple restaurants which dish up great food at a very affordable cost. If you want to get out and explore nearby Chania or other parts of the island - snagging a cab isn't hard and there are competitive car rentals just as close as the restaurants.<br><br> Management was also amazing. Michalis was there for us whenever we needed something. He made our vacation his priority no matter what. If you need direction or have questions - he'll give you the best answers. <br><br> Overall - I'm extremely pleased with our trip. Everyone had a great time and wanted to stay longer. I think we would all consider returning to this location on another vacation. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica villa in 4 adulti e tre bambine, ci siamo trovati benissimo, la villa è stupenda come dalle foto sul sito, si trova in una posizione ottimale, immersa fra le colline di uliveti ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità ma anche per chi vuol fare baldoria senza il rischio di disturbare i vicini! Si raggiungono comodamente alcune delle più belle spiagge di Creta. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e discreti, se hai bisogno di loro sono sempre a disposizione, ma allo stesso tempo sanno come non disturbare.<br><br> Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un vassoio di benvenuto con alcuni prodotti locali ed inoltre acqua e succhi di frutta per i bambini. In casa c'è un fascicolo, che consiglio di leggere, con alcune utili informazioni su Creta ed in particolare sulla prefettura di Chania. Ci sono inoltre alcuni biglietti da visita di ristoranti ed anche quello di un medico della zona che risponde h24 in caso di necessità . Per la spesa vi consiglio il supermercato INKA market, buoni prodotti ad un buon prezzo, non andate nei mercati internazionali tipo carrefour perchè sono turistici e molto cari. Buona vacanza ”

“My family and I stayed at Villa Stella for two weeks, early June 2016. The villa was very spacious and well laid out with double bedroom on ground floor with outside veranda and bathroom next door. Two double bedrooms upstairs with balcony and a shared family bathroom. Towels and bed linen changed twice a week and villa cleaned throughout. Huge lounge for relaxing and dining.<br><br> Facilities outside really great with bbq, lovely big gardens and a beautiful pool, also outdoor dining areas in sun or shade.<br><br> Local shop nearby for milk, bread, wine etc plus beach items.<br><br> Nice walk to beach (under 10 mins) where there are a number of tavernas and a few bars. Had a great time and would stay there again. Nikos who owns the villa was very helpful and kind, he was so nice.”

“WOW, A very small word with a massive impact can sum up this Villa. My partner and I booked the villa due to the location and whilst it was only the two of us we were very surprised at just how big the villa was and could accommodate large groups with ease. The views are just amazing, we celebrated my Birthday here and it was perfect to sit out on a summer evening just watching the sea, lights, and listening to the peace and quiet....pure heaven. The villa was well equipped, cleaners in during the week with pool cleaner/gardener...so nothing to complain about other than we had to come home!...perfect Villa. ”

“Wonderful villa for small family with kids.<br><br> Location: close enough to Agia Marina town and Chania to get food supplies, restaurants, and beach. Far enough for privacy and relaxation. Excellent view of surrounding hills and sea, minimal view of and from surrounding 3 other villas. Also quite close to main highway for longer journeys.<br><br> Privacy and security: Entrance to the property only through the automated gates, smart position of nearby villas and abundance of big olive trees made it a very private space. We had no problems with swimming in the pool naked.<br><br> The house: excellent layout, space usage and interior design. Very clean. However, the kithchen was targeted by small ants, so some spray might be adviced. We solved the problem just by cleaning everything with good care. <br><br> The pool: Just perfect size for small kids to learn to swim. The water was a bit cold in the middle of June, but with warmer weather it got better at the end of our two week saty.<br><br> Amenities: electric lemon squeezer was very useful for fresh orange juice. The absense of microvawe was slightly disapointing, but we managed without it just fine. It was very nice to not worry about cooking oil, salt or sugar, dishwasher tablets, and loundry powder. Every other day Margarita also suplied us with fresh eggs and vegetables from the nearby garden, and that was a truly wonderful surprize for us.<br><br> Overall, we had a truly wonderful and relaxing hollidays at Villa Margarita 4! We highly recommend it!”

“We went in the Mid summer break end of May - June. We arrived and were greeted by the owner, who showed us round his pride and joy. there was food, beer and tasty Greek snacks in the fridge. No need to buy bin bags or dishwasher tablets or even toiletries - everything was there. The Villa is clean and extremely well presented, it was a joy to go to a villa and not spend 3 hours cleaning before we unpack -- that's what we normally do! the location was just as seen on the map, close to the beach - good for early morning swims and there are enough Taverna's and places to eat if needed, the supermarket is also close and very good, a proper mini market.<br><br> I would go back tomorrow and possibly do more. We tried a family run traditional Greek Taverna - the best food I have had in ages and the service was brilliant.”

“Villa Karina is a beautiful villa set in a very peaceful location. On arrival it was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed during our stay. There is a very good Taverna in Maza serving traditional food Kostas and his family were very welcoming. There is a very long sandy beach close by (5-10 min drive) with many Tavern's and sun beds along it. There is also a small town within a 5 minute drive called georgioupolis with many shops and Taverna's our favourite place to eat here was Mythos the food was very good and a good choice available. We recomend you visit the nearby lake and watercity at Heraklion both were excellent. ”

“The location is fantastic , the owner is fantastic , all arefantastic La pace , la vista sul mare , la cortesia , sia dell'agenzia che del proprietario sono eccezionali . La villa era sempre a posto ed immersa negli uliveti . Io la consiglio vivamente 20/06/2016”
