“Très bon accueil de la propriétaire le jour de notre arrivée, très belle maison conforme à  la description, très bien située proche de la Canée et de la New Road mais au calme dans la campagne au milieu des oliviers. <br><br> Nous avons appréciés le petit plus avec le petit potager et la basse cour avec des œufs frais tous les jours... <br><br> En points négatifs nous retiendrons le cruel manque (ou l'état) d'ustensiles de cuisine ce qui rend très compliqué la vie des cuisiniers pour ceux qui veulent profiter des produits locaux. Ce matériel n'est pas en accord avec le standing de la maison...<br><br> Le deuxième point concerne les personnes qui réalisent le nettoyage, il serait bien que les locataires soient prévenus de leurs venue pour s'organiser en conséquence. <br><br> Si vous ne cuisinez pas je vous recommande cette location nous y avons passés 9 jours super.<br><br> Merci à  l'équipe qui s'occupe de l'entretient de la résidence pour sa gentillesse. ”

“We had an excellent vacation at the lovely Sea Queen Villa nearby Chania. Our expectations were met in every details:<br><br> - Villa was very spacious and exactly as shown on the web site- explore the huge roof top terrrace<br> - Villa was very clean, also the pool and outside area was very clean<br> - Mike even offered cleaning service once a week<br> - Kitchen is well equipped there are pleanty of dishes, also toys for the kids<br> - Owner Mike was extremely helpful with all details (even when we looked out ourselfs)<br> - 4 lovely beaches are in walking distance, the shortest ~100m from the villa<br> - bars and taverns and supermarkets are in walking distance<br> - Villa has a huge garden and enough space for parking behind automatic doors<br><br> And again the real difference was made by Mike, the owner. He gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful whatever we asked for. Great experience- all of us would come again in the nice villa. Thanks for the pleasant stay! Sven and friends”

“This was our third time at VillaStema. We had again a great vacation and the hospitality of Vasilis and his Family was again overwhelming!!!<br><br> The villa is like an oasis. Calm, cozy and so well equipped. You can stay all day at the house relaxing and nothing will disturb you. “We have stayed in clio villa in October 2016 and enjoyed a wonderwel sunny Holiday on a ideal location. The property is beautiful located and offers an excellent seaview. Chania-rentals offered prompt service, good communication and also the owner is very nice and helpful. I would for certain recommend this Holiday property. ”

“One of the nicest Villas we have stayed in. Location was so peaceful. We had such a relaxing time.The villa was very spacious and kept very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to self cater. The outside space was amazing, a large area and different areas to sit. Lovely view out to sea. The pool was just gorgeous.<br><br> The owner made us a Moussaka which was very kind, also delicious, thank you.<br><br> Plenty of places to visit in the area.<br><br> We definitely hope we can return at some time.”

“This was our third stay at Villa Victoria since 2013 and each time it captivates us with its lovely private pool, garden, spectacular views over Lake Kournas, the mountains and toward the sea where the town of Geogiopoulis is just a 10 minute drive away. There are 3 tavernas within a 5 minute drive of the villa.<br><br> Giannis, the owner, is very generous host and is always contactable in the event of any problem.<br><br> A very relaxing peaceful place to spend a holiday. We look forward to returning in the future. ”

“We had a wonderful time here and have already booked for next year. It was that good and weather was fantastic. Villa was immaculately clean and on the whole, very comfortable. The only downside was the double bed mattress was verh firm, My girlfriend had to sleep on the lounge sofa as after one night in the bed, she had aches where she was lying. <br><br> Pool was warm, clean and very big and views to die for. Great location and easy to get to vamos, georgioupolis, almerida, Gavalohori etc. <br><br> Owner was very kind and welcoming. <br><br> We can't wait to return. ”

“Our group of ten adults spent a week in this beautiful villa in September. All facilities were in good contition, the view from villa was spectacular! Specially in the evening when the sun was setting down.<br><br> Only slight minus was the bit remote location of the villa, but then again if you want privacy this place is berfect for you. Taxi to/from Chania central costed about 25 euros/ one way, so that wasn't too bad either. Rental car is recomendable if you rent this villa.<br><br> I would definitelly recomend this villa!!”

“Just a few words to express how happy we were staying at the best villa in Crete and the local area of Maza it was absolutely a joy to enjoy the ambience and the local hospitality we have been to Crete before but that was 13 year's ago and we will have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the other villa's in Kontis village 10 out of 10 is the only mark I can give and to the owner also many thanks and regards and hope to come back again Efcharisto. .....”

“We stayed at Villa Euphoria in September 2016. We were greeted upon our arrival by the Owners and one of their son's, Manolis. Manolis showed us around the villa and explained to us how to operate all the appliances. There was a welcome pack of essentials, coffee, tea bags, water, bread, margarine, cheese, ham and oranges. There was also laundry detergent and hand soap in the bathrooms. <br><br>The villa was very clean and was cleaned once a week by the Aunt of Manolis. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware and crockery but we identified to Manolis that the kitchen could benefit from a few more cooking pans and ovenware he said that this is something he will be providing in the villa soon. We asked where the safe box was but unfortunately he said there wasn't one. He did however appear the next day and fitted one. This we thought was excellent service. <br><br>The Wi-fi has limited coverage, it is ok in the lounge and front patio area but does not extend upstairs and around the pool and BBQ area. We found the internet connection to be slow and unreliable. <br><br>The pool and BBQ areas are spacious and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the BBQ seating area every evening. It was really magical. The view from the villa over Souda bay is quite spectacular. The villa is in a very good location and only 0.8miles from the village of Plaka. There are two grocery stores in Plaka and a DIY store. There are 3 Tavernas in Plaka square and in the evening there is a lovely ambience there. Almyrida is 2 miles from the villa, mostly downhill but it is quite a steep walk back home. Taxi from Almyrida to the villa was 8 Euros. <br><br> This a family owned and family run villa and each year the family strive to make additions to keep improving the facilities for the comfort of their guests. <br><br> Overall our experience at Villa Euphoria was excellent. We shall definitely return. Thank you Manolis and your family for a wonderful holiday. ”

“Our taxi arrived at 2100 on a Saturday night at Villa Campos in Georgioupolis. It was dark with a lot of stars - and the first sight of the illuminated house was so beautiful, still nothing compared to the warm and personal greek welcome with which Chrissy met us. She had been shopping for us from an &quot;opening-list&quot; and she gave us a tour in the beautiful and very tastefully built and furnished rooms. We were so pleased. The was a lovely bouquet of flowers on the table together with raki with honey & cinnamon on the house aa well as that charcoal for the grill. It is a fully equipped kitchen and furthermore everything for cleaning the kitchen, so we only had to shop for food! You see all the rooms on the internet, but on top of that I can tell you, at each bathroom there are products for the bath, hair etc. The towels is a chapter own its own: White, thick and lovely towels - both for the bathroom and for the pool. We stayed for 10 days and they were changed twice and likewise the bed sheets. <br><br>The pool had a life of its own: the pool man came every morning early and cleaned is and he took along the garbage - pure luxury. We were 5 adults and a child aged from 18 months to 76 and it was a fantastic week.<br><br> The only thing we would change were the pillows, they looked lovely, but we all found them too much (neck paints).<br><br> We did not have a car, the baby stroller all right, but on our way to the shopping square, we passed geese, chickens and lambs and crossed a small bridge where a little harbour with the fishing boats were, can you imagine that in a distance of only 5-600 meters? Unfortunately, during our stay the fishermen brought no big fishes in, only small ones, so that we had to buy in Rethymnon or order in the restaurant. We highly recommend to visit the butchers - big, juicy steaks very inexpensive, well that goes for everything he sold, and in Villa Campos your can cook it to perfection and enjoy eating it in this lovely place with the most beautiful view to the next village uphill lit up - romantic? Oh Yes!”
