“Nach langem suchen haben wir unser Traumhaus gefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt während unseres Aufenthalts.Es fehlte uns an nichts!Das Haus und der Garten ließen keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Die Aussicht über den See im Tal und das Meer ist einfach wunderschön. Die Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und alles was man braucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer Giannis war auch super. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Wir waren ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort!<br><br> Ευχαριστώ για όλα ”

“Many thanks to Sifis and Sofia for making our first visit to Crete so memorable.<br><br> Upon arrival at Liodosifis Mansion we were warmly welcomed and shown around the property. Sofia had even prepared for us a delicious meal or Greek salad and Yemista which we greatly appreciated after a long journey. We found out that we had the privilege of being the first guests to stay at the villa!<br><br> We found the property to be a perfect base for our holiday. Finished to a very high standard with all the amenities that you could ask for, the villa was amazing! The feel of the property was that of a private luxury spa and leaving at the end of our holiday was very difficult!<br><br> Sofis has done a fabulous job of restoring his grandfathers house and the quality of the finish and the attention to detail constantly amazed us. The 3 different terraces ensured sun or shade at any time of the day and the Spa pool and infinity pool offered welcome relief from the Cretan sun.<br><br> Our favourite area was the rooftop terrace at sunset. The panoramic views of the White Mountains and the olive groves down to the sea at Souda Bay are breathtaking.<br><br> Thanks again to Sofia and Sofis for making our holiday to Crete so special. “We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Villa Lithos. The Villa is fabulous......spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Biggest feature however is the big terrace with an amazing view out over Gavalachori village to Souda Bay and beyond! Both the villa and pool are really well kept and the local staff incredibly friendly and helpful. A car is definitely needed as both the nearest villages aren't really within walking distance and there are some great places to visit in the area. Gavalachori is a lovely unspoilt village and has some nice tavernas. Would definitely recommend it and would love to think we will return sometime. ”

“Villa Artemis is beautiful. The gardens and pool area offer plenty of sun or shade. The rooms were all big and well decorated.<br><br> Our only negative was that we were not greeted by the owner and did not see them during our stay. This would have been useful as there was not any information on the villa and its facilities or the surrounding area, within the villa. <br><br> Also, something that is not stated in the villa description, is that there is a 1.3km dirt track road that leads to the villa, through the olive groves that is very bumpy and very narrow.<br> Thankfully we had hired a vehicle that could cope with the journey, and it did not bother us at all.<br><br> We would definitely stay at Villa Artemis again.”

“I stayed at this fabulous property for 2 weeks in June with my husband,daughter, son-in-law and two young boys of 3 and 1. We arrived late in the evening and the owners daughter met us on arrival with an enormous basket of fruit and basics to tide us over until the morning. The Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The pool was wonderful: a great size for a good swim rather than just a dip to cool off. The grounds were vast with fresh lemon, and plum trees etc. There were numerous balconies and seating areas outside with a fabulous built in bar-b-q where we ate most evenings. The owners are terrific people and cannot do enough for you. We stupidly locked ourselves out of the villa one morning and Nikos the owner came out from Chania to let us in with no recriminations. He was absolutely charming.<br><br> The only downside was the beach at Maleme which was quite stoney but that really didn't matter as we spent most days around the pool (beautifully clean and well kept) which our grandsons loved. Although Maleme is fairly quiet, there are a few very good tavernas close by and also some along the beach, three supermarket within easy reach and a bus stop just outside the closest supermarket which runs approx every 30 mins and goes to Chania, stopping off at a number of villages with good beaches between. The journey to Chania takes approx.30/40 mins.<br><br> Thank you Nikos and Chania Rentals, We certainly plan to return!”

“Wow beautiful villa - the sea views are gorgeous. The villa itself was stunning well laid out and equipped. <br><br> we were there for 2 weeks in June 2017 and was looking for a relaxing time and boy did we get it! It was with regret we left the villa to sight see!!<br><br> Katerina, George and their 2 handsome sons Konstantinos and Manos - were wonderful! Food on arrival - straight from Katerinas oven! Far too much food and gifts - we felt spoiled rotten! But it all added to the charm of Dionysus and Kalyves !!<br><br> We spent a lot of our holiday eating at the Kymata Beach restaurant at the bottom of the hill - wonderful food and staff!!<br><br> If we had to be picky the only "trouble" we had was with the hand held showers - however we quickly overcame that with a bit of gaffa tape ha ha.<br><br> We will be back next year!!”

“Wir haben im Juni eine sehr erholsame Woche in der wirklich schönen Villa verbracht. Die Lounge-Ecke auf der Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge war wundervoll. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im nächsten Ort und am Strand. <br><br> Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für Lokale gegeben und uns mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt.<br><br> Wir können diese Villa sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Villa Margarita II è effettivamente come appare nelle foto! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina, il barbecue e l'arredamento confortevole e moderno della casa.<br><br> La posizione è ottima, fuori dal caos con una bellissima vista mare tra il verde degli ulivi.<br><br> Margarita è una padrona di casa ospitale e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato il "kit" di prodotti locali che ci ha gentilmente offerto, compreso un numero considerevole di uova biologiche!<br><br> Consigliato a chi vuole passare una vacanza in un posto tranquillo e incantevole!”

“What a fantastic stay!!, from the location with wonderful views of the mountains to one side and the Lake to the other side! This Villa had everything!! the pool was wonderfully refreshing in April!!, but it would be great in summer!. Giannis the owner was friendly, knowledgable and left us a great welcome hamper, and some gifts when we departed.<br><br> All in all a great place to get away from it all, but still be close enough to the amenities of either the lake/nearby tavernas or the town of Georgiopolis nearby.<br><br> Highly recommended..”

“Villa Joanna is truly a beautiful place to stay. It's even more amazing than in pictures. Hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Our holiday in sunny Maleme was truly amazing. This villa is like a paradise with a refreshing pool and beautiful garden.”

“We had a lovely weeks stay at the end of May with our friends and without doubt, it was one of the very best we have ever stayed in. The owner was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack was the best we have had and you really must try his Raki, it is so smooth! We all agreed that the villa was beautifully designed and appointed, very clean and with everything you could wish for. The pool and garden area is a lovely place to relax.<br><br> The location is fantastic. You just walk to the end of the garden, cross a tiny road and you are on a lovely clean beach. The sea is clear and safe. We also enjoyed the mountain views to the rear from the terrrace. It is a great place to have a pre evening meal drink and what with the views and the peace and quiet, it made for a very enjoyable stay.<br><br> There is an excellent supermarket close by and the reliable bus service into Chania also stops there. It's location on the edge of the village means there is a little walk into Kalives, but it isn't overly long and there are a number of very good restaurants. <br><br> We all felt the Villa was excellent value and would all like to return to use it as a base to explore other parts of Crete.<br><br>”
