“We reserved this beautiful villa for 8 days. As has been mentioned before, Katarina welcomed us with a warm meal, which we really appreciated. She bought us more food every 2-3 days and we could eat as many grapes and figs from the yard as we wanted. <br><br> We really loved the view over the bay of Chania and sitting around and swimming in the pool. <br><br> There are very few neighbors and it is a really quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. <br><br>At the bottom of the hill are two good restaurants (2-3 Minute walk) and a super market, two cafes (5 minute walk) and the beach (10 minute walk) are all nearby. <br><br> We liked the villa so much that we extended our day for four additional days. Katarina's son Manolis was also very helpful with all our questions and the cleaning lady came every day for the pool and twice a week to clean inside the house. <br><br> We would love to come back again.”

“We had our best ever holiday staying in Maleme Villa during the first 2 weeks of August. The villa is absolutely beautiful, it had everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. We were a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and the space the villa offered was spot on with everyone having their own room. It is a beautiful property finished to a high spec, and offers lots of lovely shaded outdoor areas for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine or a beer. Stella is the most fantastic host we have ever experienced, giving us lots of tips on places to visit, local restaurants etc, not to mention bringing us some lovely local pastries and icecream during our stay. The villa is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and lot of lovely tavernas, yet is set in a very peaceful setting so it's lovely and quiet. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay in Maleme Villa, and will definitely return! ”

“Thank you, Gregory, Maria and Manos! Eight of us had a superb holiday at Prinus Country Villa. You are all wonderful hosts! The villa is situated in a stunning location with superb views of the White Mountains and the Apokoronas region. The village bakery (with delicious breads) and shop provided the majority of what we needed, whilst the owner at the local restaurant was very welcoming and where we all had tasty meals. The villa itself is beautifully clean; is extremely comfortable; is very well-equipped and has many interesting items throughout all made from natural materials. The barbecue and outdoor lounge/dining areas were perfect for relaxing whilst the pool was refreshing and such a pleasant place to read/unwind. We picked courgettes, tomatoes, aubergines and peppers from the villa garden and were very grateful for the delicious foods that were left for us by Maria, Manos and Gregory. Thank you! Maria was available on WhattsApp for any queries we had, which was comforting to know, although rarely needed. Maria also provided us with lots of useful recommendations for our time in Crete based on her wealth of local knowledge. Two of our party (keen cyclists) regularly cycled up and around the White Mountains and the local lanes/roads were interesting to walk. The amphitheatre, Minoan Bridge; church built into the caves and the Alidakis castle are all within walking distance and are certainly worth visiting. We also enjoyed our boat trip from Hora Sfakion to the Sweetwaters beach. This is our fourth visit to Crete: an island that we love and where we always feel so safe; especially here at Prinus Villa on the outskirts of the village of Emprosneros. ”

“This is a fantastic villa. The view is spectacular and there is a lot of space. We were several generations together - 9 people, and the house was perfect for us. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, we could always reach him, and he would always help. The house was a bit under equipped, and two toilets were not functioning optimally, but overall everything was great. The location is a bit tricky. Even though the house is close to Stalos city, it is very hard to walk - especially home, because it is on the top of the hill. We did not rent a car - you should!! We walked down and took a taxi back. It is a bit difficult to order taxi to the house, because there is no specific address, only coordinates. But the owner always helped us book a taxi and explained the location to them. ”

“Wir haben die letzten 2 Urlaubswochen zu Viert in der wundervollen Villa Resi sehr genossen. <br>Neben dem fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer (vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang), dem sehr sauberen Haus & Pool ist vor allem die herzliche Begrüßung (mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Wein & Olivenöl) und Betreuung durch Andonis & Anita vor Ort zu erwähnen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! <br>Tagesausflüge nach Balos Beach, Elafonisi und Loutro können wir sehr empfehlen genauso wie die Taverna Parasia in Vamos und das Pandaisia in Kalyves (direkt am Meer mit tollem Ausblick!) zum Essen gehen. <br>Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt darauf hoffentlich bald wiederzukommen!”

“Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la villa de Stella.<br> Tout était parfait de l accueil à la localisation en passant par la propreté de la maison.<br> La région est très belle et la maison parfaite pour la visiter. Située au milieu des oliviers, tout est reposant.<br> La piscine est idéale pour les enfants.<br> Nos hôtes ont été supers avec pleins de cadeaux d arrivée et de départ.<br> Merci encore.”

“Villa Resi is beautiful, the view from the living room is fantastic, great air condition and a fully equiped kitchen. The pool is spotlessly clean. There is a shaded parking spot which is realy helpfull. The location is quiet and relaxing.<br><br> You'll need a car, but the Kalives beach is only 10 minutes away, and Vamos is 6 minutes away. <br><br>Plenty restaurant both in Kalyves and Vamos.<br><br> We really recommend this Villa, our 14 days stay was a dream!”

“We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday to Stella Villa in Maleme. <br> This is our second visit in two years to the villa and once again it was perfect. <br> The accommodation is ideal for a family with lots of space and all the facilities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The twice weekly cleaning service was a luxury and ensured the villa was spotless through your stay. <br> The large and exceptionally well maintained pool and the beautiful gardens are absolutely fabulous and we spent many days just relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the gorgeous Crete sunshine. <br> The villa is just a short walk from Maleme beach and a number of fabulous Greek restaurants serving the most delicious local cuisine, we highly recommend Waves restaurant, with its amazing food and excellent service set against the idyllic backdrop of the Aegean ocean.<br> Thank you Villa Stella, we look forward to returning again soon. ”
