“The house is perfect. The pool is great, the view is beautiful and the BBQ is huge ! We had a wonderful time in the house. And above all, the owner and its entire family was very welcoming and nice too us. Everything was handled and simple, we just had to chill out. ”

“Stayed here during August/September 2013 absolutely stunning villa with fabulous views. Owners are fantastic very helpful and nothing to much trouble. My grandchildren loved the pool, the barbecue area is fabulous cleanliness of the villa is of an excellent standard. Will most definitely be returning”

“The views from the Villa are truly stunning and the standard within the Villa is very high. You do need a car as the hill up to the Villa is quite steep but once there you can relax in the peace a quiet. I was impressed by how often the bed linen was changed which was an extra bonus---as were the fresh figs which regularly appeared. The instructions to the Villa were straightforward and we were welcomed and shown around at the agreed time. All in all one of the better Villas I have stayed in around Stalos and would highly recommend it.”

“Upon arriving at Vaso Villa, our hearts filled with joy and relief. One always worries that photos oversell a place, but in this case the accommodation and location was even more beautiful than we could have expected. <br> The owners are really lovely and one feels that the house was built with great care and consideration and this is matched by how well it is kept. <br> We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on our breezy balcony taking in the panoramic view as well as dipping into a well-sized pool that was perfect for our whole family. The location is perfect as you can enjoy such peace and quiet yet you are minutes away from all the amenities you could need. I am from the drier rockier eastern part of Crete but I think this villa is perfect for exploring the more beautiful Western part of Crete.<br> We were very sad to leave and hope we can visit again soon. ”

“We stayed at the villa for one week in august. The villa has a perfect location! It´s very calm and beutiful surroundings and you can walk to the ocean and nearest village Agia Marina. From the villa you have the most beutiful view over the sea and all the surroundings. We were nine people in the ages of 2-65. Everone were pleased in the end of the week. The villa is large and every bedroom has it´s own balkony and bathroom. The pool is perfect! The owners met us at the villa at the arrival day and they were very nice. I can recommend to hire cars if you want to go a little longer than Agia Marina. Platanias is a bigger village with very nice restaurants and stores and it´s about 3 km from the villa. We had a wonderful week and i can really recommend everyone to stay in this villa!”

“Very well equipped and maintained house. Situated in countryside without being too much far from the beach (7 km) and of the city of Chania. We had a very pleasant stay in family there. We appreciated, in particular, the warm welcome of the owners.”

“Vacances familiales particulièrement réussies dans la villa Lithos. Situation de la villa exceptionnelle avec une vue dégagée magnifique, un calme absolu. Le charmant village de Gavalachori se stitue à 5mn en voiture de la villa et offre les principaux commerces: superette, boulangerie et excellente taverne. La villa en elle-même est parfaitement spacieuse et équipée pour 5 personnes. De construction récente, elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de générosité. Le jardin est très soigné et la piscine bien agréable. La proximité des 2 autres villas mitoyennes n'est pas gênante. Vlahakis Artemis de l'agence a fait preuve de beaucoup de disponibilités et d'efficacité pour la préparation de notre voyage. Maria nous a accueilli à une heure bien matinale suite au retard de notre vol et a su être très disponible et attentive durant notre séjour. S'il fallait ajouter un point négatif, nous citerions en cherchant bien, l'élément suivant: le décalage entre le luxe d'un changement complet tous les 2 jours du linge de maison mais un ménage 2 fois par semaine de la villa un peu trop succinct ainsi que l'absence de lave vaisselle. Mais en vacances.....cela a moins d'importance!”

“We booked online for our first visit to Crete and with some trepidation arrived at 9.30pm on a Sunday in August. We should not have worried! Stella was there to meet us at the Villa at 11pm and from then on we loved every moment of our stay. The villa is fantastic, quiet, remote and extremely well presented. Stella made us feel very welcome and had a few provisions for us on our arrival. There is only one other villa next door (owned by Stella's brother) so we felt safe with our young family. You will need a car as the nearest shops/restaurants etc are on the main Maleme road (10 mins away) and swimming beaches are a bit further away. We will recommend this villa and Chania Rentals to all our friends! Thank you Stella. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza a villa rotunda, la villa è davvero molto bella e il proprietario gentilissimo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato frigo e dispensa super riforniti di prodotti locali e non. La posizione è perfetta per sfuggire al caldo cretese, la sera si cenava con la felpa! Si trova a 10 minuti da kolymbari, ma l'auto è assolutamente necessaria. Se ritornerò a Creta affitterò sicuramente di nuovo questa bellissima villa.”
