Que dire des enfants qui on pris possession de la grande piscine . Les propriétaires sont charmant et très disponible encore merci a eux . Une chose est sur ........nous reviendrons !!!!!”

“We have just returned from an amazing weeks stay in Margarita Villa 2. The week started with a fantastic welcome from Margarita herself, we arrived late in the evening and struggled to find the villa so she came out to the village and guided us up the hill. Her welcome was very personal and she even left us a gift of olive oil, balsamic and wine... The villa is stunning, the layout, the views, the facilities can not be faulted, the quality of finish is excellent. The nearby village is small, has a little convenience store and a few Taverna's, the one we went to on a few occasions was good, cannot remember the name but Margarita will give you all the details. The nearby beach is fine, but in all honesty we really didn't want or need to leave the villa, its relatively secluded and having a pool and outside area gives you all that you need. We will definitely return and stay once again! Well done and thank you Margarita T&F ”

“My family and I stayed at Calma Seaside in July 2014. It was an amazing villa. We arrived very late at night and the owner was waiting for us. They had a basket with olive oil, honey, fruit, bread and the fridge was stocked with beer, wine, and juices. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The inside of this villa is beautiful. The pictures do not do this place justice. The outside was just as beautiful. Pool is great! Also the sea is basically right out your front. You just walk out the driveway and you are there. You can rent 2 chairs, umbrella and 2 ice cold bottles of water for 5Euro from the GK beach hotel next door. We ate breakfast and lunch at GK beach hotel as well as the small tavern down the beach. I have stayed all over Europe and all over the states and this villa is at the top of my list.”

“we spent a week in June 2014 at the Villa Margarita. This home is exceptional and very clean and also the surroundings The pool is great with views of the hills and the sea bottom The house is very big over 3 floors. The cleaning staff goes on asking. The responsible of the villa is a very caring person who wants to be good hosts and it succeeded. There is also a biological garden where we tasted the vegetables, a real good. To go to the beach, +/- 10 minutes by car. The setting is perfect for a great holiday. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Karina Villa. The owner is very friendly, the house, the swimming pool and the garden are clean, the village is quiet. We rented a car at Heraklion airport with "Chania-Rentals"; the man from the agency was there on time, we had no problem. It was our first experience with "Chania-rentals" and we can warmly recommand this organisation, they are very efficient. Thank you very much”

“We can only echo the previous reviews. This is a modern, beautifully decorated villa. All of the furniture and fittings are as new. The bathrooms are smart and have good over bath showers with ample hot water. Everything was fantastically clean and was even cleaned again halfway through our week. <br><br>Margarita is a perfect host, providing very useful information and advice if you need it, but in no way intrusive. There is an organic vegetable plot and we really enjoyed the fresh produce that we were encouraged to help ourselves to. This is a peaceful location but within easy reach of Chania and it's many restaurants and bars if you want them.”

“We had a lovely 5 week stay at Adrianna villa. The owners were so friendly and generous and the Villa was spacious and very well appointed. The garden , the pool and the view were great. Highly recommended to any one wanted a home away from home”

“The location was excellent, quiet and tucked away but only a short drive or a walk to shops and restaurants. The villa was well located for driving out on day trips to Chania, Elafonissi, Souda Bay etc. The villa itself was excellent and brilliantly equipped with absolutely everything you could need. The owner was very welcoming and it was great to find water in the fridge and fresh fruit after arriving so late. We will definitely come back for a second visit. ”

“Hello everybody! It's the first time I write comments about a rental for holidays but I've to say that this villa was perfect! We were 3 adults and 1 baby (only 4 months) and everything was done to be comfortable: the villa's owners (Katerina and George) welcome us at 2:00 am with a real dinner in the oven and so much good things to eat and drink!!! Moreover, they came back 2 times more in the week just to bring us additionnal fresh fruits, cooked dishes,... Even theirs 2 sons were really lovely and so helpful! French people have to learn about Cretan's hospitality! The swimming pool was at 28°C every days and there is always a shady terrace outside to have a drink. I really recommand this villa and this website (so helpful) for holidays in Crete! ”

“We stayed for one week in this fabulous villa with our daughters and a friend (all teenagers). The owers were vey friendly and on call if we needed anything. The standard of the villa is very high, just as the photos show. Could do with a few utensils for the BBQ though! Lots of great places locally to eat, drink. The Greek night at Small Paradise was good fun, friendly staff, foods lovely and a reasonable price. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk, clean and quiet. We left a green inflatable crocodile there...he's called Colin look after him!!!”

“This villa is more than perfect for families of three generatuins. We had a wonderful holidays here with our children and their families. Everybode says that we must come back.”
