“La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, idéalement située, proche des grands axes (proche d’Aghia Marina, de La Cannée par ex..) , un véritable coin de paradis. Les propriétaires sont hyper sympas et très avenants... Nous étions mon épouse et moi même avec nos deux petites filles (4 ans et 7 mois), la discrétion des propriétaires et la situation idyllique de la villa nous ont permis de passer des vacances inoubliables. Si vous êtes jogger, un petit run de 5/7 Km dans les terres vous emmènera vers des vues a couper le souffle. La Crète, ça vous gagne. ”

“Nous avons séjournes 10 jours dans cette villa magnifique, spacieuse et très propre. La vue est très belle, et apporte beaucoup de sérénité. Que de bons moments passés autour de la piscine et soirées barbecue réussies. Un grand merci à margharita qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec un panier garni de spécialités crétoises, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Que de bons souvenirs ancrés dans nos mémoires. Je vous invite à découvrir la crete et séjourner dns cette villa, que du bonheur. ”

“My biggest compliment is that i dont want to tell you how good this place is in the hope we will book more holidays here and keep it a secret. It is spotlessly clean very well equiped and a real gem. The owners are lovely and are around quite often to advise you, helping organise trips, they helped us go scuba diving, gave directions to places and reccomended restaurants. We always had privacy and were not intruded on. The pool is so clean and Lefteris has a great fruit and veg garden which he is keen to share. The nearby town Plantanis was also very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere often resulting in free deserts and drinks at the end of each meal. The villa is great for a BBQ.”

Your house is absolutely top class, and we've had 14 wonderful days in your paradise with the beautiful swinningpool. You have a very nice house and all the rooms were lovely with a balcony and scenic views. Your hospitality is unparalleled, which you have to look far to find.. “We have recently returned from what was a perfect honeymoon at Maleme Villa. The villa is truly wonderful and has everything you could ever need, and more! Maleme Villa is incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Stella, her lovely mother and the lady who cleans the villa - and what a fabulous greeting we received! Stella spoiled us with some lovely treats and we were very touched by this gesture. <br><br> We had a hire car for the week we stayed but we didn't leave the villa for 3 days because we were so relaxed and comfortable. We ate out most evenings and we can strongly recommend Mike's hotel and restaurant, which is on the main road. Turn left when you get to the bike hire place and it's a short stroll to Mike's. <br><br> The only downside is that we had to come home. I just hope that we can go back again one day and, if we can, we'll definitely book for a fortnight. ”

“I can only repeat what others already wrote in their reviews. I had a really pleasant stay with my family (5 persons) at Margarita Villa and I can't find a single word to complain. The place was really beautiful and our rooms as well as all other facilities were very clean, modern and well kept. The view from each balcony on the mountains and sea was just breath taking and we spent quite a lot of time hanging out at the pool, which was clean and was cleaned yet once during our stay as well as the whole villa. <br><br>Margarita and rest of the staff including the cleaning personal was really friendly and taking care of everything that our stay would meet our expectations and it did indeed, in fact the expectations were exceeded in all ways! Special thanks also for the &quot;welcome kit&quot; including e.g. local wine and honey, both very delicious of course, and for the organic eggs from own organic chicken coop next to the villa! <br><br>We warmly recommend this villa to everyone, who want to spend relaxed holidays yet still not be too far away from the city centre of Chania. (Car necessary) ”

“We spent one week in Metochi Villa in early May 2015. We enjoyed our time at this &quot;home away from home&quot; - especially the big/modern pool and the spectacular view from the roof terrace. The hosts welcomed us with a compliment basket and some hints on where to go and what to see. ”

“Our family was totaly enthustiactic about the house as weel as about the location! Big stone made house is extremely spacy, an enourmous living room is big enough for many more than 4 people (number of beds). The interior is elegant but warm and cute (leather sofas, big soft carpet, stone floor, wooden stairways..). <br><br> The location could not been better, almost at the top of the hill with a great view. From the back door where the big pool is you can see the whole bay, with no trafic or near by neigbours. You can eat breakfast, swim, lie at the deckchair, play at the meadow around the pool. There is a lovely wooden fence around the property so you can catch the kids or the towels when the wind is to strong : ).<br><br> The owners are too good to be true, with no hint of being pushy. When we arrived the table was ready and oven full of different home cooked/backed food for more then our family. The kitchen was more equipped than at our home, fresh vegetable in the refrigirator, cheese, fresh bottle of vine, oil, boxes of cerealls, fresh bread..<br><br> On the second day we locked ourselves out from the house. They came immidiately, bringing us packages of freshly cooked meal along. They asked us to inform them when we will be out from the house so they came and cleaned the whole house/change towels in the middle of the week once more. Beside this, they pushed no contact.<br><br> Maybe we missed closets for the clothes (there are just a few drawers), but we injoyed the house so much that forgot about this in 2 seconds”

“We had a lovely week based in Maleme. The villa was everything that it said it would be and the welcome was more than we could possibly have expected. Aptera was a highlight - fascinating place with the added benefit of amazing views of Souda Bay and wonderful wild flowers. Great to have bike hire just down the road. The Botanic park was also well worth a visit - and a meal with delicious homemade lemonade.”
