“We stayed in this lovely house for one week, and were sad to leave. The location is perfect and peaceful and everything functioned really well. Stella's warm hospitality was an extra bonus as well as the friendly attitude of Alex, the gardener and the cleaning ladies. We didn't hire a car, and didn't actually need it. A very good supermarket is nearby and the beach restaurants are close too. It is easy to go to Platanias and Hania by bus or taxi. A warm thank you for a great holiday :) ”

“We lived in Stella Villa for 3 weeks and everything was excellent and as promised. In fact we were meet by a very friendly and service minded owner as we arrived, and the house was fantastic (and keept clean inside and outside 2 times a week!) We will certainly recommend to use Chania Rentals (and Stella Villa :-)) Crete in general was a very very nice experience and the weather was perfect. Thank You for 3 good weeks of holiday!”

“Villa Euphoria I cannot fault, The owner Manolis could not be more helpful and accommodating even bringing fresh oranges from his orange farm twice a week. Plaka is a 10 minute walk away with great restaurants and Almyrida an 8 euro taxi ride away (recommend Elpia and Thyme restaurant at the waters edge). ”

“WOW. What an amazing villa Metochi is. The setting is stunning and the villa is immaculate. We were greeted by the owner who showed us round and presented us with chocolate, wine, water, sweets and biscuits. The owners and housekeeper were so helpful during our stay, especially when my husband locked us all out of the villa one evening! You are just surrounded by olive groves and the sea view to the front. The pool is well maintained as are the surrounding gardens. We used the BBQ as couple of times, sourcing meat, fish, salad and veg from the local shops in Tavronitis. You are just an hours drive from the most breathtaking beach on Crete, Elafonisi, which is great for snorkelling. You are 20 minutes from the harbour town of Chania. Ravdoucha beach and The Waves on The Rock taverna are worth a visit. Kolymbari offers many great restaurants too, especially Diktina. My daughter and her friend were brave enough to do a paraflight in Agios Marina, about 15 minutes drive. We would love to have been able to buy the villa, there and then! We felt so at home and found it very hard to leave. We will be visiting again soon!!”

“I can keep this review short and simple. The house, owner, location, garden, pool, etc etc was perfect !<br> We had the great pleasure of the house from 29/6 to 10/7 2015 and with 4 teenagers and 2 parents we looked for a good quality house with pool, views and space. We got it all and more :-) even our 4 teenagers (age 15-22) were very very pleased with this choice of villa for our vacation :-) The space in the 4 bedrooms, the space in the house, garden and pool were alle elements that they as well as we parents enjoyed (okey our kids loved the well-working WIFI too :-))<br> When we also were so lucky to have such a friendly host/owner (+family) then I can not ask for more.<br> This vacation will definately be in our and our kids memories forever - due to this excellent house and kindnes of the owner.<br> Thank you Vasilis + family ”

“Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette maison avec nos 4 enfants dont 2 ados. Michalis et sa famille ont été aux petits soins pour rendre nos vacances très agréables. L'emplacement de cette maison, isolée au bout d'une route, au milieu des oliviers, des animaux et de voisins sympathiques, est idéal pour visiter les sites de l'ouest de la Crète (Chania, Phalassarna, Balos, Elafonissi). Ajoutons à cela l'incroyable jardin potager (melon, pastèque, tomate, concombre, courgette, aubergine...) entretenu par les propriétaires, et le site est parfait pour des vacances crétoises authentiques. La région regorge de randos sympathiques et de tavernes délicieuses, dont celle de Neratzoula à Voulgaro, un délice de cuisine maison...”

“Amazing villa with fabulous hospitality from the owners. The property is spacious but not too big for a couple and the privacy is a real positive for this beautiful villa and garden. 20 mins walk from the beach which is beautiful. There are many wonderful places to eat locally too. We will be back”
