“Wonderful villa for small family with kids.<br><br> Location: close enough to Agia Marina town and Chania to get food supplies, restaurants, and beach. Far enough for privacy and relaxation. Excellent view of surrounding hills and sea, minimal view of and from surrounding 3 other villas. Also quite close to main highway for longer journeys.<br><br> Privacy and security: Entrance to the property only through the automated gates, smart position of nearby villas and abundance of big olive trees made it a very private space. We had no problems with swimming in the pool naked.<br><br> The house: excellent layout, space usage and interior design. Very clean. However, the kithchen was targeted by small ants, so some spray might be adviced. We solved the problem just by cleaning everything with good care. <br><br> The pool: Just perfect size for small kids to learn to swim. The water was a bit cold in the middle of June, but with warmer weather it got better at the end of our two week saty.<br><br> Amenities: electric lemon squeezer was very useful for fresh orange juice. The absense of microvawe was slightly disapointing, but we managed without it just fine. It was very nice to not worry about cooking oil, salt or sugar, dishwasher tablets, and loundry powder. Every other day Margarita also suplied us with fresh eggs and vegetables from the nearby garden, and that was a truly wonderful surprize for us.<br><br> Overall, we had a truly wonderful and relaxing hollidays at Villa Margarita 4! We highly recommend it!”

“WOW, A very small word with a massive impact can sum up this Villa. My partner and I booked the villa due to the location and whilst it was only the two of us we were very surprised at just how big the villa was and could accommodate large groups with ease. The views are just amazing, we celebrated my Birthday here and it was perfect to sit out on a summer evening just watching the sea, lights, and listening to the peace and quiet....pure heaven. The villa was well equipped, cleaners in during the week with pool cleaner/gardener...so nothing to complain about other than we had to come home!...perfect Villa. ”

“We went in the Mid summer break end of May - June. We arrived and were greeted by the owner, who showed us round his pride and joy. there was food, beer and tasty Greek snacks in the fridge. No need to buy bin bags or dishwasher tablets or even toiletries - everything was there. The Villa is clean and extremely well presented, it was a joy to go to a villa and not spend 3 hours cleaning before we unpack -- that's what we normally do! the location was just as seen on the map, close to the beach - good for early morning swims and there are enough Taverna's and places to eat if needed, the supermarket is also close and very good, a proper mini market.<br><br> I would go back tomorrow and possibly do more. We tried a family run traditional Greek Taverna - the best food I have had in ages and the service was brilliant.”

“The location is fantastic , the owner is fantastic , all arefantastic La pace , la vista sul mare , la cortesia , sia dell'agenzia che del proprietario sono eccezionali . La villa era sempre a posto ed immersa negli uliveti . Io la consiglio vivamente 20/06/2016”

“Villa Karina is a beautiful villa set in a very peaceful location. On arrival it was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed during our stay. There is a very good Taverna in Maza serving traditional food Kostas and his family were very welcoming. There is a very long sandy beach close by (5-10 min drive) with many Tavern's and sun beds along it. There is also a small town within a 5 minute drive called georgioupolis with many shops and Taverna's our favourite place to eat here was Mythos the food was very good and a good choice available. We recomend you visit the nearby lake and watercity at Heraklion both were excellent. ”

“My wife and I stayed here in late May 2016 and had a fantastic time. The villa is just stunning - the pictures do not lie! The welcome we received fro Katerina and George was so warm and generous. We arrived very late (23.00pm) and they were there to meet us - with beautiful hot food, wine, raki, fruit, cheese, milk, breakfast cereals and more. Their son called in the next day to clean the lovely private pool and show us how it worked and brought more food! As our flight home was quite late when we were leaving Katerina allowed us stay late in the villa whic was a god send. This is a beautiful villa in it own very private grounds - it is very near to the beach and a few restaurants and the lovely village of Kalyves is only 15 minutes walk away - where there are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants.”

“We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Villa Victoria. The villa has an excellent location just above Kournas Lake. The views over the lake, the sea and the mountains are really wonderful. It is a very calm and relaxing location with an excellent pool. The site has two villas, but located such that privacy is guaranteed. We had a very warm welcome from the owner, who is very helpful if you would need something, and who also gives good advice about things to do in the neighbourhood. There are a lot of nice restaurants around (Kavalos just down the road, Athitis a little further just above the lake, or Arkadi at the port of Georgioupoli just 10 minutes by car). It is also a good starting point to visit the area (the Kournas lake, Chora Sfakion, Loutro, the Imbros gorge, Argiroupoli, Plakias, Rethymnon, etc.). We surely recommend!”

“It was the first time for us in Chania, and we spent 1 week in the Sea Queen Villa. (4 adults and 2 babys)<br><br> The location is just perfect ! Near to the beaches (1minutes) and the supermarket (2 minutes), this is an amazing and lovely house where you can relax, and be like at your own home.<br><br> The owner was so kind with us, always free to help you when you need and he has good advices to visit the best place in Crete. “Wir waren im Mai 2016 für 14 Tage in der wunderschönen IO Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Danke an Stella und Manos für ihre Gastfreundschaft und den guten Service! Alle 3-4 Tage wurde die Villa sauber gemacht, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebracht und der Müll wurde mitgenommen. Die Villa incl. Inventar und Aussenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt hier, dass die Vermieter sehr viel Zeit und Herz investieren, um den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen schönen Obstkorb, sowie Brot, Marmelade, Milch usw. <br><br> Die ruhige Lage in den Olivenhainen, wie auch der Blick auf das Meer, der kindersichere Pool, die schönen Sitzecken, sonnige Dachterasse haben zu einem entspannten Urlaub beigetragen. Vielen Dank !!! ”

“House is great : comfortable, quiet area, luxurious and functional (swimming pool, WIFI, pool-house, kitchen furnitures).<br><br> Country is wonderful, with on top of all, the BALOS lagoon, with an incredible seesight, especially if you decide to go by road instead of by boat. But many other locations (Rethymmon, Imbros gorges, Elafonissi beach) are amazing. Also Chania town exhibit many fine shops & restaurants.<br><br> Last but not least, people leaving there are so kind. Special words for Chrissy (owner of the villa) who took care of us all stay long (including on Sunday), giving support & advices whatever we asked for. Thanks Chrissy, we appreciate at most.”
