“Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Josef (und einmal in der Villa Victoria) und ich kann nur sagen, wenn man einmal das Glück hatte hier seinen Urlaub verbringen zu können, möchte man immer wieder kommen :) Giannis ist ein fabelhafter Gastgeber, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool und der Garten ein Traum! Von der tollen Aussicht auf den See und das Meer können wir gar nicht genug bekommen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Lake Kournas oder im Ort Kournas, wo man sehr gut und preiswert essen kann. Zum schönen Sandstrand dauert es ungefähr 10 Minuten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub in der Villa Josef machen - oder in der Villa Victoria, die genauso schön ist. ”

“Joanna Villa is in a quiet, private location with a pretty garden and lovely pool. We had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Would recommend. Chania Old Town is a must to visit. ”

“We are a family with kids. We have had a wonderful time in the villa. Everything was ok. The pool was big enough to swim. Alexandra and her husband were very helpful! In the area there were several good beaches for swimming or relaxing. ”

“Wow! - What an amazing place to stay. The villa was perfectly located for us in quite a rural setting but still only a short walk to the sea. You need a car but a number of Taverners were walking distance, with many more restaurant options also available when driving a few kilometres along the coast.<br><br> The villa was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Plenty of character and the pool was lovely. It can get a little chilly during late October but the pool was a nice contrast to the lovely warm weather, whenever we needed to cool down. <br><br>The owners were lovely and were close by to offer any assistance whilst still maintaining our privacy. Would we book again?.. absolutely YES :)”

“The panoramic view is breathtaking. You can never get enough of it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. No misrepresentation! Tasteful decor and comfort at its best.<br><br> We really appreciated the hospitality of Artemis and his Father. Niki and Artemis responded to our requests in an exemplary and prompt manner.<br><br> We were delighted to meet Niki after all the emails we have shared. Let’s not forget Cleopatra who was very discreet, efficient and helpful.<br><br> All in all, it was a DREAM trip.”

“Es waren wunderbare 2 Wochen in einem Haus in dem man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Ein perfekt gepflegter Garten, ein grandioser Blick auf den Kournassee und das Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche und in den Bädern. Ein netter Besitzer. Ein Ort für Menschen die Ruhe suchen abseits vom Hoteltourismus und gern selbst mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Wir kommen wieder.”

“Our family of 5 stayed at the villa in June 2023. From the time of arrival until we departed, the hosts were extremely helpful and attentive. The villa is beautifully maintained, clean, spacious and met all our requirements. The pool is fantastic and the surrounding gardens are very well kept. The photographs do full justice to the actual experience. The villa is located just outside the village of Maleme and is in close proximity to Platanias while Chania is just 20 minutes away by car. ”

“We spent a lovely week at Villa Resi in the middle of October. This is the fourth time we rent through Chania-Rentals, and we have been very pleased every time. <br><br>Villa Resi is located a couple of kilometers north of the village Vamos, and has a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding landscape, being located on a hill. The villa is well equipped, with two bedrooms with two and three beds. There is also the possibility of one person sleeping on the sofa in the living room. <br><br>The house was clean, and the pool was impeccable. Outside there is a covered terrace where we had all our breakfasts, enjoying the view and the quiet, only interrupted by the cicadas and the occacional sound of sheep. At arrival, our host met us at the house, and he also came to say goodbye, bringing a little gift. Altogether a wonderful place.”

“We were a group of friends with nine people and had a wonderful one-week holiday at Villa Aurora. The hostess Maria welcomed us warmly despite arriving too early and also helped us at any time with other problems or requests. The view from the villa of the olive groves and the sea is beautiful. The villa was well equipped for the number of people and it was within walking distance to the nearby traditional restaurants. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday that we would like to repeat.”

“This was our second time at Victoria Villa, and it was even better than last time. There had been improvements to the outside space, adding a lovely patio area for outside eating and barbecue (with a sink). <br><br>The villa is in a delightful location and is perfect for getting away from it all. But nearby by car is the lake and then the coast where we spent many happy hrs on the beach and in the beach restaurants. <br><br>The owner is very generous, proving a a fantastic welcome pack and also appearing with fish and meat for our barbecuing efforts. We adore Crete and this villa is a very special way to enjoy being there. Can’t wait to come back soon! ”
