“Superb Villa and Views<br><br> Had an amazing 2 weeks at Villa Victoria. Giannis the villa owner is the nicest guy you can meet. We stayed at his other Villa (Joseph) 2 years earlier and just fell in love with the area and island. The villa was fantastic. Very private even though it has a shared drive you would never know there was a villa next door. The views of the lake and sea were totally amazing.<br> The pictures really show this villa exactly as it is. Beautiful. <br><br> Easy reach to Kournas Lake, Chania, Rethymnon and Georgioupli by car. Balos Beach is really worth a visit. There are quite a few tavernas just a few kilometres drive and all of them served great food. <br><br> We would have no hesitation returning (as we have already booked for 2020) or recommending either villa Victoria or Joseph it was fabulous”

“We enjoyed very much our stay in Villa Stella. <br> The villa is an old confortable, great building and the swimming pool was the most important place during our stay, because of the heat in july 2019. <br> In the large garden, nature was the big boss. <br> We thank the owner for the nice welcome basket with fruit and wine. ”

“The location of Kournas and especially Joseph Villa is great. Either the sea or supermarket are reachable within less than 10 minutes by car. The villa is clean and comfortable. The pool and the area around is - as the pictures show - awesome. We spent very nice holidays there in June 2019. ”

“We stayed a week at the end of June in this beautiful house, the pool was wonderfully tempered. The house has no mistakes. The landlords are very sweet and not intrusive. “We had a lovely week in the Aretousa villa 2. The house and the garden met our expectations to the fullest. We enjoyed the pool, the well furnished house and the lovely surroundings. We had rented a car that fitted the whole family of nine, including the youngest one at 2,5 years. A car is a need, the uphill in the warm weather is a “killing” experience. But some of us walked home from Agua Marina and some of us even went jogging in the afternoon. We will recommend this villa to all our friends. And someday, we might be back. ”

“Lovely villa, fabulous pool, great air conditioning in the bedrooms and truly a 5 minute car ride down to the beaches and town of Georgioupoli.<br> Supermarkets, coffee shops and some great restaurants right there and for the most part not completely over run by tourists.<br><br> Rental company were great at answering our questions prior to arriving and the owner came by to bring honey raki (delicious) and cake.<br> He was quick to bring a couple of supplies that we asked for and allowed us to check out late on departure day (possible because there was a one night lapse before the next tenant arrived).<br> The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a small arrival pack of basic supplies. (Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, oil dish liquid etc)<br> Peaceful to sit outside in the evenings and a fantastic view from every window and deck.”

“We stayed in the Villa for one week and really liked it very much. The welcome was warm hearted and everything in and around the house spotlessly clean! The Pool is fantastic - and the Shower at The Pool has warm water. The view from The Roof Terrasse is amazing and watching the sunset makes it even more perfect and the place under the mulberry trees is so relaxing! Thank again for everything!”

“Our stay in the Villa Resi was fantastic. <br> We have seen many nice places and houses near Chania in the last years but this Villa has the best charm.<br> The villa is beautifully designed with tastefully furniture and equipped with really everything you need. WIFI worked well, <br> There is everything you need (and even more) both inside and outside to be able to enjoy the stay. <br> We both felt so much at home! <br> We appreciated very much the ideal location of the villa and the fantastic view.<br> Good tavernas are in a few minutes’ drive.<br> The service from the owner Andon and his wife Annita was excellent. <br> Many thanks again for the warm welcome and the nice attentions like cake, olive oil , cucumbers etc during the hole stay. <br> We highly recommend this villa!!<br> We definitely will come back! ”

“We stayed here at the end of May beginning of June. The villa was really fabulous. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and we couldn’t get the kids out of it. Bbq area was brilliant, it was especially good to have a sink there to wash your hands whilst barbecuing. <br><br> The bedrooms were lovely and the maid service was great too, nice to have clean towels and made beds so often. <br> The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need for a self catering villa. We’ve been with companies before and they didn’t have half the utensils they had here.<br> The owner was so kind and helpful, such an easy process to rent from Chania rentals. <br> It was really clean and decorated really nicely. Felt really homely. We especially loved the ginger cat that came to see us every day. He was absolutely gorgeous and so friendly. I would of brought him home if I could have. <br><br> We loved the area, it was so rustic and the restaurants were great in Gavalochori. <br> Thank you for a lovely villa holiday. ”
