“We are big family of 10 people and we are in love with Crete! We come here every summer during last 8 years and we were always booking our villas through Chania Rentals because this company works as a Swiss watch :). <br><br>This year we first time booked Aquila and we are excited about our stay! Artemis and the family made everything JUST PERFECT for unforgettable stay and rest.<br><br> Every detail is thought through and done in a way to provide you ever best vacation! I will list only few of them. <br>Mattresses are so well balanced and comfortable that you feel like you sleep on a soft clouds. :) <br>Every room has both air conditioning and ventilator, so you can always switch during the night and sleep with the fresh air coming through the big windows. <br>House has wooden stairs and special shallow area in a swimming pool that are very safe and comfortable for small kids. <br>Swimming pool has a rough, grainy bottom and surrounding that also is very safe for kids and for senior people. <br>Whole area is organized in a way that it is enough space for any activities for the big family: huge living room table for gathering, sunbeds where you can drop yourself with the book, bbq place where you can also have a coffee only for two and (our favorite!) outside terrace with the incredible sea view where we were sitting with the glass of wine and looking on ferries leaving from Souda every evening when kids are already in bed. <br>All materials in the house are natural, beautiful and very well combined. <br>The location is fantastic - no neighbors, you hear only sheep's bells that sound like a "bells river" when they move around. <br>The view from villa is really breath taking. You can spend hours looking on tranquil picture of mountains and the sea. <br><br>And of course the special note should be about Artemis's hospitality! When my parents and sister's family arrived on villa they were very tired after 2 flights and whole night on the trip. Artemis and Niki prepared for them special cheese&vegetable pie in the oven and the whole basket with the fruits, snacks and wine. “We were welcomed into this wonderful house. We usually travel to Crete, but I have rarely seen a welcome from this one. The house offers exceptional services and perfect cleanliness. We especially enjoyed the villa, in the evening, whether indoors or outdoors, it was simply magical. You won't go wrong choosing to stay at Villa Dionysos. Thank you for everything.”

“We booked this lovely Villa last year to celebrate my 70th birthday. Little did we know that COVID would still be around and make things so difficult to get there, but we made it and had such a wonderful time it was worth all the stress with cancelled flights, quarantine on return and not to mention the cost of all the tests <br><br>The Villa is beautiful and you have no need to go out if you don’t want to. It is fully equipped with everything you need and Katrina the owner kept bringing us delicious local meals she cooked herself. Just see your self sitting on the outside dining area, with a bottle of wine , candles lit and watching amazing view over the sea and all the lights sparkling in the distance.<br><br> Who could want more Kalives Village was very quiet as there were not many tourists and a lot of apartments and the hotel were closed because of cancelled flights Most of the tavernas were open but with reduced menus and they are not allowed to play music So if you are wondering if you should go or not GO.<br><br> Thank you Katrina we had an amazing time”

“Best vacation we had in a long time! Everything was great. Since we booked last minute we are really thankful to you guys from Chania Rentals for your help.<br><br> The house was awesome! It was actually a little too big for us since we were only 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The house is on top of a hill surrounded by olive trees with a great view. Margarita Villa1 is one of 5 villas but still with lots of privacy. Stelios made us feel very welcome. We had everything that we needed and the house was absolutely clean. <br><br> Especially Stelios' father-in-law is just the sweetest and kindest man who brought us olive oil and honey to take back home. <br><br> Our favorite restaurant in the area is the 'Theodosis' which is a absolutely must! The food is amazing and the staff just so kind. We went twice in a week.<br><br> The whole Chania area is beautiful and there is so much to do and see. We will definitely be back!”

“Wir (2 Personen) hatten die Gelegenheit im September 2020 eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa Dionysus zu verbringen. Empfangen wurden wir von der Besitzerin Katerina, die uns vorab schon mal den Backofen mit griechischen Spezialitäten gefüllt hat. An 2 anderen Tagen gab es sogar ein Doggybag "gut versteckt" im Gasgrill. Der Pool wurde täglich per Saugroboter und das Haus am Mittwoch (Wochenmitte) gereinigt. <br><br>Wir machen schon seit einigen Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern. Aber wir haben bis dato in noch keinem anderen Ferienhaus Urlaub verbracht, das so vollständig ausgestattet war. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck war bestimmt für 15 Personen vorhanden, sodass man nicht täglich per Hand spülen musste. Der Geschirrspüler konnte so optimal genutzt werden. Der Supermarkt ist in in 5min, der Strand in 7 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Das erste Restaurant und eine Cocktailbar sind in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das "Zentrum" von Kalyves ist in 15 Fußminuten erreichbar. Somit ist für die tägliche Versorgung nicht immer ein Auto notwendig. Sowohl in der Villa als auch im Supermarkt und in Restaurants wurde für ausreichend Hygiene gesorgt und es standen immer Desinfektionsmittelspender bereit. Das Tragen von Masken, wie von der griechischen Regierung vorgeschrieben, wurde ebenfalls eingehalten. Somit hatte man sich immer sicher gefühlt. <br><br>Die Villa Dionysus ist immer eine Reise wert ist. Die Vorabbetreuung durch Chania Rentals war vorbildhaft kundenorientiert und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir wüssten nicht, was es besser zu machen gäbe. Herzlichen Dank!”

“The house stands on a mountain with an unobstructable and impressive panoramic view.<br> Each room is very clean and lovingly furnished. <br> As a greeting there was a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies and 1 bottle of wine. Artemis received us very kindly and gave us some tips on shopping. <br> We were there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day and especially the evenings with this mega view.<br> If we come to Crete again, it will definitely be back to this house.”

“Wir (2 Pärchen) waren Ende September/ Anfang Oktober für eine Woche in der Villa. Was soll ich sagen: Alles ein Traum! Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Begrüßung/ Zwischendurch-Betreuung)/ Verabschiedung durch Manos und seine Frau war total herzlich (danke nochmal für das leckere Olivenöl). Am schönsten ist die Lage: 4km von der Hauptstraße weg in die Berge hoch, mitten im Olivenhain mit einem gigantisch tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Dabei totale Stille (nebenan steht eine weitere Villa, die war aber zu dem Zeitpunkt leer…ansonsten gibt es keine weiteren Nachbarn). Man hört nur den Wind, die Vögel, ab und zu einen Hund und sonst nichts. Ach doch…früh einen Hahn…ganz unten im Dorf…haha ;-) Herrlich. <br><br> Mit viel Platz zum Essen, einem schönen Pool, einen Außengrill + Brotbackofen lässt es sich hier hervorragend aushalten, abschalten und entspannen. <br><br> Wir können die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen! ”

“Die Villa ist wirklich fantastisch, solide Steinbauweise, stylisch fast nagelneu. Die Inneneinrichtung als auch der Außenbereich ist funktional, praktikabel und mit Stil eingerichtet. Für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend stehen zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder in guter Größe zur Verfügung. Die Klimageräte sind tip top und sehr leise. Absolut separiert von der Nachbarvilla hat meine seine Ruhe und kann die Stille genießen.<br><br> Der Blick über die Bucht von Almyrida und der Einfahrt zur Souda-Bucht ist einfach traumhaft, für Genießer geeignet und fas von jedem Teil des Außenbereiches einsehbar.<br><br> Der Hammer!!!!!<br><br> Die Anbindung zur VOAK, der West-Ost-Verbindungsstraße im Norden ist gut. Schnell erreichbar ist das verträumte Örtchen Vamos aber auch Georgioupoli.<br><br> Zwei Restaurants in der Nähe, ca. 2 und ca. 6 Fahrminuten entfernt, möchte ich unbedingt empfehlen. Zum einen das Heliostasi in Douliana und zum Anderen das Parasia auf halber Strecke nach Kaina. Hier habne wir jeweils zweimal zu Abend gegessen, die Speisen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war außerordentlich, lecker und sehr gute Qualität. Die Gastfreundschaft der Kretaner ist nicht zu übertreffen. So möchte ich mich noch einmal ganz recht herzlich bei unserem Vermieter Andonis und seiner Frau Anita bedanken, welche uns dieses wundervolle Zuhause überlassen haben. Zur Begüßung gabe es Wein und einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, extrafein. Vilene lieben Dank für Alles!!! Auch kann ich chania rentals, insbesonder Herrn Artemis, nur loben. In diesen schwierigen CORONA-Zeiten hatten wir zu jedere Zeit excellenten Support, keine Frage blieb offen. Alles in Allem ein traumhafter Urlaub, eigentlich möchte man von dieser Ort nie wieder weg.<br><br> highly recommended,<br> Gilbert”
