“We spent fantastic 6 weeks spring holiday on villa. Location is superb, we spent couple weeks without car.<br> Pool and barbeque area offered lot of fun. View to the sea and White Mountains is fabulous!<br> Host was very helpful. Washing machine and owen were new, next on the list could be kitchen hood.<br> More tables and chairs to the balconies would be a nice addition.<br> Thank you, we really enjoy our stay!”

“This is a fabulous villa. It is extremely well designed and has high quality fixtures. But the best thing about the villa is the outside space. There is a lovely patio area with a fantastic horizon pool, plenty of space, sunbeds and umbrellas. The view is to die for. There is also an outside sofa and table area which is cool, shady and comfortable all day long. You could not ask for more than this villa has.<br> Andonis, the owner is extremely helpful and there if you need him.<br> I have visited twice now and would go back in a nanosecond.”

“ We had a wonderful stay at Keronia Villa. The village has a calm atmosphere and the holiday feeling came straight away. A short car ride down to the beach where you will find several good restaurants with great food. A lovely pool with a good size. Rental car is required. The location of the house is perfect with suitable distances to several well-known places. Regular visits by a pleasant laundress who took care of beds and house cleaning. A large, happy family who returned home after 14 wonderful days. We would like to come here again. :-)”

“Wie schnell 14 Tage Urlaub vorbei sind, wenn man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt...<br> Zunächst besten Dank an Chania- Rentals! Es hat alles von Anfang an reibungslos geklappt. Unkompliziert, schnelle Antworten und freundlicher Kontakt. Top!<br><br> Die Joseph Villa ist wundervoll! Das Häuschen ist traumhaft gelegen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Kournas See, unbeschreiblich schön. Man muss es gesehen haben :-) Der Garten ist ein Schmuckstück. Ganz toll angelegt, mit einer Vielzahl von Blumen und Pflanzen. Ein Paradies für Libellen, Käfer, Schmetterlinge, Zikaden... Am schönen Pool lies es sich, Dank des Naturschattens der Bäume, super entspannen. Der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt. Ausserdem kam der Hausbesitzer 3-4x um die Blumen zu giessen. <br><br> Ja, das was in den vorherigen Reviews geschrieben wurde stimmt. Giannis brachte uns lokale Würstchen für den Grill mit, als er zum Blumen giessen kam. Ausserdem hatte er zu unserer Ankunft 'das Nötigste' (und weit mehr als das!) für den ersten Tag eingekauft. Von Müsli über Toast, Schokocroissants, Chips, Obst, Spaghetti, Gemüse, Schinken, Käse, Würstchen, Honig Eier bis hin zu etwas Milch, Bier, Fanta, Cola, Wein... Die liebe Marie kam 2 mal zum Putzen, um Handtücher zu tauschen und Betten frisch zu beziehen. <br><br> Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Uns hat Nichts gefehlt. Es gab genug Besteck, Teller, Schüsseln, Bettchen, Gläser, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, sogar ein Mixer und ein kleiner Kontaktgrill. <br><br> Vielleicht NICE TO KNOW: Das untere Bad ist wirklich sehr klein, hat Schrägen, so dass man kaum grade stehen kann. Beim Duschen wird alles nass, da kein Vorhang. Aber völlig ausreichend! Ausserdem ist das obere Bad super. Also für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Das Bett im Masterbedroom ist 'nur' max 160 (eher 140) x200m mit durchgehender Matratze. Bei uns haben die Kinder darin geschlafen. Das klappte gut. <br><br> Ein Auto muss man haben, um von da oben weg zu kommen. Aber mit 10 Minuten Fahrt hat man alles was man braucht erreicht. Den schönen, sehr weitläufigen Strand, Supermärkte UND DEN METZGER! Wer gerne grillt, sollte sich Kafkalas Butcher Shop nicht entgehen lassen! Das Fleisch ist total frisch, die Qualität ist super und es schmeckt köstlich. Hähnchengyros, die Burgerpattys, die Spiesse, die Würstchen, die Hackbällchen, das ganze Hähnchen, alles saulecker! Tipp: Das Zaziki aus dem Kühlschrank neben der Tür! Frisch abgefüllt! Köstlich! Zentrum von Georgioupolis, schräg gegenüber dem Platz mit den Wasserspielen. <br><br> Wir kommen wieder! In der Joseph Villa fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Man merkt, dass hier alles mit ganz viel Liebe und Herz gemacht wird! Ich habe irgendwo gelesen, dass die Einheimischen hier die Touristen "Freunde auf Zeit" nennen. So haben wir es erlebt! Vielen Dank für Alles! Jassas! ”

“Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen aug der Insel Kreta, in einer tollen Villa mit sehr netten und freundlichen Vermietern. Der Kontakt über Chania Rentals lief professionell und kann ich jederzeit empfehlen. In der Villa hat es an nichts gefehlt, tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. ”

“Our stay was simply amazing. The villa was very clean and offers everything you'd ask for. We really enjoyed the privacy and the quiet surrounding which made it even more relaxing. The private pool in combination with the stunning view over sea was gorgeous.<br><br> Within a few minutes you can reach lovely tavernas in Douliana or Kalives. We would highly recommend Parasia Taverna, Theodosi Restaurant, Psaros Restaurant. <br><br> A special thanks to our host Andonis for the warm welcome. He took care of everything during our stay which was simply fantastic. <br><br> We really enjoyed our holidays in Villa Resi and can highly recommend a stay there. ”

“We had wonderful 4 weeks in June 2022 with family and friends in this breathtaking villa. You will find comfort and privacy as well. The view to Souda Bay is exceptionally. Andonis, the owner of this villa, is a super host and a very nice cretian guy. At any time he was available for us. “We can honestly say that we had such a perfect wonderful time at the Villa Resi. One reason that made this possible for us was our super host Andonis. We were welcomed with cake, oil and wine and felt like home right away, especially with the self-made Raki!<br><br> The location is just perfect. Everything was very clean and structured. The two sleeping rooms have a perfect size and all you need, as well as two bathrooms. The kitchen is a nice open space with everything needed to cook on vacation. Especially the big refrigerator is very good to cool all your drinks and more. Even from the living room you have a nice view down to the sea, but if it get's unexpectedly boring for a second, there is a TV with all kind of channels. The whole house has air condition. But the best part is definitely outside. Loats of space build around the wonderful pool. You can just sit or lay there and enjoy the sun or go in the pool to cool down. There is shade as well and an extra space to sit and have a barbecue. And the view is everywhere just stunning!!!<br> We can recommend the nearby little villages of Vamos and Kalyves with it's cozy little Shops, Bars and Restaurants. Everything is right at the beach and you can reach it all by foot after you parked your car down there. And as many said it before, out No. 1 Restaurant recommandation is Parasia Taverna in Vamos. But indeed there is so much more, the nice beaches, the lake of Kournas, the town of Chania with it's old parts and a lot of cultural things to explore.<br> To sum it up, we had the perfect vacation and can only recommend this place!”

“We have just spent the most glorious 2 weeks staying in the stunning Villa Aquila here in a beautiful Chania . <br><br>There are not enough words to describe the fabulous location and views from the peaceful infinity pool here. We had thee best holiday ever, starting from the owner meeting us with a fabulous welcome basket full of giddies, and essentials ( necessary after a late arrival) there are local tavernas, 7 mins a great local supermarket and 15 mins to the beautiful beach and shops and bars at Almyrida. The villa for us was in the best location away from it all. <br><br>The cleanliness of the villa is awesome and it’s furnishing likewise ! They have thought of everything , it was my absolute pleasure to water the stunning terracotta pots with an abundance of colourful plants and flowers, the space was absolutely perfect! There really is nothing like it! We were a family of 4/5 and we thoroughly enjoyed it! <br><br>If there was one thing I thought of that would be a perfect addition it would be towering robes aswell as the slippers they provide, but we have had an amazing time here and will for sure return .<br><br> Thankyou to Artemis and to the wonderful and very helpful Niki , she was just fantastic ! <br><br> Thanks for the great memories we’ve made at this villa x♥️”

“Where do we start?<br><br> We arrived in Kalives after midnight due to a late flight to be welcomed by a smiling Katerina and her son Dinos to their beautiful villa.<br><br> Not only was the Villa cool and spacious, it was fully equipped, an inviting swimming pool, sea views and help yourselves to fruit from the trees.
