A park with pine and eucalyptus trees separates Sea Queen Villa from the beach - one of the 4 beaches within walking distance from the villa. Three peninsulas create four small bays and even during windy days, at least one beach will be perfect for swimming in calm water. All the four beaches are sandy and shallow, organized and awarded with Blue Flags. The eucalyptus trees naturally purify the air and the smell of the pine trees hangs in the air...
A high wall in front of the house protects the swimming pool and the barbecue area from prying eyes... In the private pool there is a separates shallow area for children. There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool and a wooden dining set under shade sails next to the barbecue. Behind the villa there are a wooden play house with balcony and slide and some kid' s toys. There are outdoor sitting sets on the terrace and the veranda of the first floor.
The modern, new built seaside villa consists of 2 floors. The open concept kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor is beautifully decorated. Four ensuite bedrooms, two double and two twin, are found on this floor. The master bedroom with the king size bed is on the first floor. The bathroom of this level is huge and equipped with a hydro massage bathtub and a shower.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic. The villa itself is stunning, exactly as pictured, and was spotlessly clean, featuring a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. It was perfectly equipped with everything our group of nine needed. We appreciated the peaceful area and the villa's high degree of privacy, enhanced by a park directly out front. The location is excellent: close to the beach, on a bus route, and near wonderful restaurants. Although the walk into Chania is about 50 minutes, the walk is pleasant following the sea front to Chania. Communication was seamless; Mike, the host, was helpful and answered all our questions beforehand. Furthermore, Chania Rentals proved to be a reliable company that responded quickly to any query we had. We highly recommend this property!
