Xirokampi is a small and unspoiled village of west Crete, 4km away from historic Maleme and 20km away from the picturesque city of Chania. Io villa is located 500m out off Xirokampi and is surrounded by olive trees. Except of the tranquility of the area, enjoy the panoramic sea view from every corner of the property.
The villa is 140 sq.m built on a private area of 1000 sq.m. In the private garden, among the beautiful flowers, a barbecue and a traditional stone - built oven are found, where you can prepare a sapid dish for you and your family. Also a private pool with clear and cooling water is waiting for you to help you relax and deal with the heat of the Cretan summer.
The house has two floors. At the ground floor there are a traditional decorated living room with a fireplace, a 6 seats dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms; one twin and one double. Both of them have French doors leading to the garden. On the first floor a bathroom and the master bedroom with a four-poster double bed and a private balcony are found. Moreover, on this level there is a small veranda with wooden bench and table under a stone - built arch.

When we arrived we were greeted by Stella, who was an amazing host the whole 2 weeks we were there. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean as was the garden and pool. Nice and quiet area with not far to drive for the nearest taverna. Views are lovely from where ever you sat on the property. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.
Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub in der IO-Villa verbracht und hatten dort eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Villa ist ein Traum, es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man auf der Terrasse saß, hörte man nur die Vögel zwitschern, es war wunderbar ruhig. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse war fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin Stella hat uns bereits bei Anreise mit kretischen Köstlichkeiten, Wasser und Bier verwöhnt. Auch sonst war in der Villa alles vorhanden. An dieser Stelle einen herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Buchung über Chania Rentals lief von Anfang an völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und auch die Buchung des Mietwagens funktionierte einwandfrei. Kurz und gut: Ein perfekter Kreta-Urlaub! Danke, wir werden wiederkommen!
