“Spent another fantastic 2 weeks in Athina Villa and enjoyed every minute. Stellios makes you so welcome and the gifts of fresh fruit (and Raki) are the icing on the cake. The villa is exactly as descibed and more, the views are fantastic, and an evening walk into Gavalohori to visit the local tavernas and resturants is the perfect end to your day, although I do recommend a taxi back. If you enjoy a peaceful holiday with fantastic views and a relaxing pool at great value for money then try Athina & Erato villas.”

“We stayed for a week in September 2012 and had a thoroughly enjoyable and very relaxing time. Villa Marina is well situated being only ten minutes drive from the gorgeous port of Chania and Galatas village is an easy stroll up hill. Villa was very comfortable and the private pool much appreciated. Not a lot of kitchen equipment for self catering - no microwave or toaster or even saucepans - but we stocked up at the supermarket and enjoyed salad lunches on the sunny terrace. Spent several entertaining evenings at the taverna in Galatas run by the exhuberant Christos - don't miss the live music evening - lovely food, great house wine and very reasonable prices. The wifi was a little hit and miss and the satellite TV only offers BBC World in English. No DVDs in the villa so pack a boxed set or two if you're planning on staying in! There is some traffic noise from the nearby road but it's not intrusive and the convenient location is more than compensation. All in all highly recommended, we'd gladly go back again.”
“The villa was superb: Great, really quiet, totally private but in a convenient location. Very well appointed, clean and roomy. Incredible value for money - highly recommended.”
“EleniSkinari Villa was everything we wanted and more! Nestled in the hills, the villa and surrounding landscape are ideal for those looking for seclusion and tranquility, or, in our case good food, good wine, good views and a good laugh! Although recommended, a car isn't essential. In fact, we found the 20 minute walk to town a pleasant means of burning off excess alcohol. And the taxi back was a mere €2 each. Although not a criticism, the only thing I would say is that the pool doesn't see much sun and thus can be cold. However, I can't see this being a problem during high season! In all, my friends and I had the most amazing week and certainly wouldn't hesitate to return!”
“With the supplied directions the villa was easy to find, upon arrival we were greeted by the English speaking owner, who explained all we needed to know about the villa and it,s surroundings. The property was as described, ie, clean, well equipped ,and with great view Sandy beaches, shops and to many restaurants to mention are within a fifteen minute down hill stroll. The weather (September 2012) was perfect but I would imagine the temperature in July/August could be very hot. Chania is a ten minute drive away and is a pleasant place to walk around, but not a great place to eat, bad food and the service was not good.for better food stay away from the harbour side. We had a very enjoyable stay in the villa, and would recommend it, and we may well return at a future date. ”
“Villa Erato is a very comfortable, clean and nicely placed villa. We enjoyed the walks to nearby Vamos and Gavalochori, and loved eating out in the tavernas in Plaka and Almirida. The owner of the villa was there to meet us when we arrived, and had kindly given us grapes, tomatoes, wine and olive oil. We would recommend villa Erato and would not hesitate to return there again. ”
“Villa Adriana is beautiful- secluded and with plenty of space. We were a party of six and there was plenty of room for all. Bedrooms and kitchen/living area were spacious and well equipped. Pool area and balconies were fantastic- beautiful views. The villa is a 20 minute walk from Georgiopoulos, or a 5 minute drive. Plenty to do in surrounding area and beautiful beaches down in the town. Highly recommended for groups, families and anyone wanting a relaxing week on Crete.”
“it was so perfect. everything was more beautiful as we expected even if the pictures shows a paradise, in facts, it's much better than these pictures. everyone was kind and they make everything in order to make you stay easy as possible. we sure will go again in these villa or book an other one with this agency. ”
“This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. We took our 2 children - aged3 and 20 months, and even though they couldn't swim, the pool was so conveniently placed slightly away from the house, that we weren't worried at all and this made it stress-free! The house was beautiful and much bigger than it looked in the pictures, made with traditional materials but every modern necessity catered for. It was very peaceful and the views from the top terrace were magnificent. The people in the taverna in the village were so hospitable and gave us small bits of their own dinner to try - rabbit caught in the hills around the village! A wonderful quiet holiday, easy access to the breathtaking beaches on the West coast if you hire a car and a beautiful base to come back to for a woodsmoked fish cooked on the BBQ after a hard day on the beach. It felt like a 5 star hotel. Thank you to the owners for making our holiday so special.”
“This villa with private pool was very spacious and nice. The view to the bay was wonderful in the day time and romantic at night. House had everything we needed - fully equipped. Because of the location a rent car is a must, though everything is still very near by. Its perfect place for family vacation - swimming, sun bathing, reading books and enyoing good food and wine. Only thing I would nag about is the quality of house cleaning service. It could have been better. Anyway I would reccommend this villa to all of my friends.”
“We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful house. As we arrived, someone was waiting for us with refreshments and cakes (good thought after a travel of 7-8 hours long and a short night of sleep) We then discovered every rooms, some of them are small, but you're in Crete, you won't have your all day long into your room. Living rooms (yes there are 2) and kitchen are especially big and spacious. Swimming pool is very clean, as the barbecue and oven (perfect for pizza) I can surely recommand this house, your contact is there for every needs and can give you precious advice Just one con : 2 rooms are doors less which means you have no kind of privacy”
