“Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) durften 10 herrliche Tage in der Calma Seaside Villa verbringen. Die Villa ist sehr grosszügig konzipiert und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool war eine tolle Abwechslung für unsere Kids.<br> Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch den herzlichen Empfang durch den Besitzer des Hauses. Er war auch danach jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.<br> Die Lage der Villa ist top. Das Meer bzw. der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Zudem hat es einige sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe (zu Fuss erreichbar).<br> Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ”

“This was our fourth summer holiday spent at Maleme Villa and we weren’t disappointed! The villa is immaculately clean and equipped to a high standard including a beautiful garden, good sized pool and bbq. The surrounding area is very quiet which along with it’s rural setting, makes it a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The local supermarket and shops are a short walk away (approx 5mins) and the beach along with numerous tavernas are well within walking distance. Maleme is on the main bus route, making trips to Chania and other beach resorts easily achievable without hiring a car. The high standard of the villa and its proximity to local amenities make it ideal for families or groups of all ages (including those with young children). The owner, Stella, is extremely welcoming and will do anything she can to ensure that you enjoy your time at the villa.<br><br> We have already booked our next holiday at the villa for 2020 and can’t wait to come back. Our two children (11 and 9) love staying there, the pool, closeness to the beach and easy access to public transport in order to explore the wider area ensure that they are never bored. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough!”

“Kali mera,<br> Jassu<br> We spent a wonderful holiday in Stelios Villa from 16 th to 30 th September 2019.<br><br> At first a big praise to Mr. Artemis from Chania Rentals, his support is always fantastic. Our questions he always answered immediately.<br><br> Second I would like to tell you that Stelios Villa is outstanding in style and building.<br> The surrounding is nature pure, marvellous! Here I would like to mention that a car is really essential.<br><br> Ioannis was a good host, he brought us some welcome presents like fruit, wine and Raki. Also he offered a home-made cake from his wife, delicious! Thank you, Ioannis, for all your trouble.<br><br> The cleaning team made a good job. They cleaned up the Villa for three times during our stay.<br><br> The Villa is fully equipped and the furniture is very stylish. But some things were broken and should be repaired, like the lights under the kitchen cupboard, some of the removable shelfs of the fridge and one door of the kitchen cupboard.<br> On the whole, there is everything you need. Another point is, that the pool is not heated.<br><br> At third, I can tell you that the location of Stelios Villa, between Chania and Rhethymno, is fantastic. You could reach Rhethymno in 20 minutes and Chania in round about 40 minutes, both beautiful cities full of history. The Villa is a good starting point to make excursions all over west crete.<br><br> At last, please let me tell you, that we have already booked another Villa from Chania Rentals for next year. <br>Highly recommended.<br><br> Jassu,<br> Kali nichta! ”

“We have been able to spend unforgettable holidays at Villa Mararita 4. A sweet little villa with all the possibilities to feel good. The complex is very nice, clean and comfortable. Despite the neighbors, one has the feeling of being completely alone, as the design of the individual houses and the gardens allows privacy. Very clean (thanks to the service team) and well equipped, it would be good to live and relax. We may come back next year and remember until then the good times. “My husband and I along with our friends stayed in this first class villa and could not fault it in anyway. From the second we arrived we were in awe of the place 5* through and through. We were greeted by the owner and her son, who had cooked a meal for us ( which was delicious and very welcome after a long journey and late arrival). We had 2 more visits with more food and goodies including, olive oil, honey, cake, biscuits etc.(homemade). <br><br>The Villa itself is surrounded with fruit trees which we were told to help ourselves to. The pool was cleaned every morning and the villa was cleaned once during the week. We did not feel that we were interrupted or inconvenienced in any way by this. The owners and cleaner were very helpful and friendly.The extra touches made our holiday.<br><br> This is a stunning Villa, in a beautiful location ( just a short walk to beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants etc). We highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting here to do it! One of ( if not THE BEST) place we have stayed in. CANNOT FAULT ANYTHING!!! So happy we stayed here and will definitely be back. Thank you. ”

“Me and my family stayed here for a week and we was amazed from the moment we drove into the drive. It’s very clean with spectacular views we really did have a lovely time here we was sad to leave! The owners were fab aswell would definitely recommend x”

“Well the pictures are indeed accurate... this place is absolutely beautiful. <br><br>We were just 2 couples, so we obviously had tons of room. Very clean, large, modern and comfortable. The pool is as nice as it looks. Great views from the main deck. Property is gated for safety. We had a rental car and easily travelled around the island such as Chania, Falassarna beach and Rethymno. And always had this slice of heaven to return to. Check out Kovos hotel just a few minutes north of the villa for a sunset dinner!<br><br> Suggestion... enhance property information sheet for what to do with garbage & what to do with the gate when leaving. Thanks!!!”

“Wir durften in diesem Traumhaus 2 äußerst angenehme und wunderbare Wochen verbringen. Schon der Empfang durch den Vermieter, Andonis, war sehr herzlich. Nochmals an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an Andonis und Anita für alles.<br><br> Die Lage des Anwesens ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht auf''s Meer atemberaubend. Das Haus ist aus sehr hochwertigen Materialien gebaut, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Selten war eine unserer Unterkünfte so penibel sauber.<br><br> Die Ruhe am Haus, vor allem nachts, ist bemerkenswert. <br><br> Im nahegelegenen Kalives befindet sich alles, was man an Läden und Restaurants benötigt. Noch näher wird man im ca. 2 km entfernten Vamos fündig. Hier haben wir öfters sehr gut gegessen. <br><br> Wir möchten die Villa Resi wirklich empfehlen. Eine der allerbesten Unterkünfte, in der wir je waren. Wir hoffen, sehr bald wiederkommen zu können. ”

“We are two couples from Finland spending ten days in the lovely Villa Clio. The villa has space enough with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge with an open kitchen.<br> There is everything you need for a successful Holiday. The villa is clean and they kept it clean . During our stay it was cleaned twice and also the bedding changed.<br> Thanks to Chania Rentals we are in every way pleased both with the reservation and the rental.<br> If you are going to Crete we can sincerely recommend this item.<br> Since the villa is located in the Stavros area you need a car”

“Wow, what a gorgeous villa a beautiful location, and fantastic hosts, On arrival at 10.30pm, the owner had prepared us a meal, of stuffed vegetables. Ratatouille and fish, and that level of kindness never stopped throughout our stay, the villa is full to the brim of everything you need and more, the pool is fabulous, Within 2 mins you are at a supermarket, bars, restaurants and the amazing beach, <br><br>We abopted 2 little cats who where adorable, highlight was a boat hire, and we see things that are only accessible via boot, Beenie and Sean the boot owners where fantastic, and can be found at the old port of kalyives, kumos is a must, a wonderful restaurant come museum, <br><br>All in all a very memorable holiday, and one of which i and my husband would be over the moon to stay at again and again,<br><br> Thank you so much Catrina, and family, your hospitality was without a doubt the very best it could be, ”
