Margarita Villa 2 is located in a peaceful area, about 2.5km away from the long sandy beach and only 7km away from the center of the beautiful Chania city. At Galatas Village - about 1.5km away from the villa - you can find everything; a couple of mini markets, a bakery, a butcher shop, groceries and some taverns and traditional cafes. The surrounded by olive groves villa offers unobstructed views over the olive groves, the sea and the mountains.

The cozy villa is built on a slope of a hill, so the outdoor area is divided into three levels. The private pool and the covered barbecue area are found on the top level. A paved terrace is under this level and the lower level is an olive grove. There are garden sets at all balconies and a wooden dining set next to the barbecue. The villa has private parking.

Margarita Villa 2 is a three storey building. The entrance is on the middle floor, that consists of a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors open to the pool and barbecue. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and balconies with sea view are found on the upper floor. The third bedroom is on the lower floor. It has an ensuite bathroom and access to the garden - external stairs lead from this level to the pool. One wc is also found on this floor.
