Margarita Villa is built close to Galatas Village, a suburb of Chania, only 7km away from the centre of the city. The villa is located on the slope of a hill, offering amazing views of the surrounding olive groves, the sea and the mountains. The north coast of Chania prefecture with the beautiful, open, sandy beaches is just 2.5km away from the villa. In the village of Galatas - about 1.5km away - there are a couple of mini markets, a bakery, a butcher shop and some taverns.

The villa is 177sq.m. and has private pool and garden covered with grass and olive trees. There is a vegetable patch with organic products that you are more than welcome to gather. Next to the pool there is a barbecue with charcoal. At all balconies there are outdoor sets, while a wooden dining set is found on the terrace next to the pool. The villa has private parking.

Margarita Villa is built on 3 levels. The entrance is on the middle level, that consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, a large sitting area, an office area and a wc. There are two verandas, one with garden and sea view and one with mountain view. At the upper level there are two queen sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have large balconies with sea view and one has an extra balcony, with mountain and pool view.

The lower level has 2 entrances; one on the middle level and one on the garden. It is actually a small, fully furnished and equipped apartment. This level has a bedroom with queen sized bed, a bathroom and a big open concept area with kitchen, sitting area and dining area.
