Iris villa is built just 3 kilometers from the sea and Tavronitis village, among olive groves. The area is peaceful and the only noise that disrupts the silence is the birds' song. Due to its location the villa has unobstructed view to the mountain chain of Lefka Ori, the unspoiled villages of the region, the olive groves and the Cretan Sea.

Few meters after the pine forest with the little church you will see the electric garage door of Iris villa. The 200 sq.m villa is surrounded by 2000 sq.m of private trim garden. The large private pool has integral children's area/jacuzzi and sunbeds around it, while the shady barbecue area is big enough for lovely meals away from the sun. At this area there is also a traditional stone oven. In the garden there are spots where you can hide for moments of relaxation, such as the bench under an olive tree.

Iris villa is built on two floors. At the ground floor, which is at the same level with the pool, there is a large, sunlit area with a fireplace in one corner, where the cozy sitting area, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen are found.
